Great quality paint
Great paint for our Halloween prop (puking sceleton), the color is great, covers well, dries quickly and is better than we expected. We love how it looks on our prop, especially at night with illumination. The print quality is outstanding and the finish on the foam part of the bucket sticks well and looks great. we bought it again for other related projects

Black Light reflective - Really PoPs
THANKS to prior user, followed her lead and painted two metal aliens with WHITE FLAT spray paint. This provided a BASE coat of white to reflect the almost transparent green. Shook the fluorescent paint as per instructions and found (as stated in another persons review), this paint is rather thin. Takes several light repeated coats. It was a 90+ degree day, and paint dried quickly. Was going to coat the 'aliens' with clear spray, but decided to leave as is for now. VERY PLEASED with outcome. Have an LED black light about 15' away from these and they light up really good. Put some flashing LED lights on each to draw attention. As you can see, they "flouress" (sp?) well even though the paint may not have to be perfectly distributed when applied.

Sprayed for 1.5, manufacturer did not let me down.
Update: I spoke with manufacturer and they resolved my issue. Changed from 1 to 5 stars for the professional resolution. I bought this back in march 2026. It sat in my temperature controlled basement the entire time. I just went to us it for first time on June 12, 2026, it literally sprayed for 1.5 seconds and it died. No longer sprays or nothing. How sad. I will reach out to manufacture and see if they will replace and update my review.

Spray Tip Clogs
Garbage. No matter how much you shake it, the tip clogs after 5 seconds. Cleaned tip, clogged again. Repeat. Tried two different cans. Both the same. Junk.

Great for DIY puking skeleton foam
Used this fluorescent green spray paint on my DIY puking skeleton prop, and it turned out insanely good. The color is super bright in daylight, but under UV light? Glows like radioactive slime especially mixed with a string of LED lights under foam. Smooth spray, great coverage, and it sticks to props like a champ with no fade or texture damage. If you want your Halloween decorations to look next-level creepy using a UV light, this stuff delivers big time.

Very fluorescent, but a little more tricky than usual to apply
First off, white primer is absolutely required for everything that isnโt already white, because this stuff is translucent. It is not completely opaque like most spray paint. So youโre going to need to apply it to white paint or a coat of existing non-fluorescent paint of the same hue. Second, itโs not chemically compatible with everything. I tried to apply it to a white painted surface and it formed cracks. Iโm sure the underlying paint was oil based spray paint but I donโt know what brand. The unknown undercoat was also glossy so that could have been the problem. So even if something is white, I d sand it and apply white matte primer of the same brand before applying this fluorescent paint. So basically this looks great when itโs applied to white primer of the same brand, and probably works when applied to paint of the same hue (which might be desirable if you want to darken it a bit for some reason) but it does have more surface compatability problems than Iโve encountered with any other spray paint. Third, the translucency makes it more sensitive to coat thickness and itโs harder to apply such that it looks even . If you want even color then itโs also more trouble to use. You need to apply several very light โdustingโ layers 1-2 minutes apart before letting it dry for 20-30 minutes, then repeat that process for a second coat. If that still isnโt dark enough you might need a third coat. Once it dries it will not look as uneven as it did when it was wet, so donโt worry if it doesnโt look perfect when still wet, but some extra effort is needed to try to apply it evenly or it will still end up looking a bit uneven. The fluorescent brightness seems to be better than the Krylon version, but it has the disadvantage of being more trouble to apply. The Krylon version is darker and more saturated but not as โradioactiveโ looking as this.

Spraying
great color that pops. If it didn't, I'd be mad. I'm not mad. Well, not mad-mad. I'm mad-mad. You'd have to be to spray paint your bike, your plant stands, your bed frame, your lamp shade, your toaster, and the steps in your garage this color, but I did, and you will too if you take a chance and just see that this is a really great color, and it goes on smoothly, and when people notice you, you feel noticed, and getting noticed is like being seen. And we just want to be seen for who we are--which are bright people with goals, obsessions, and a desire to paint the town in vibrant colors that do exist in nature, but don't exist in our immediate surroundings without our direct influence. Make a difference: Spray.

Different this time
I'm using Rustoleum from a long time and usually the spray nozxle is big, strong and comfortable except for this one, the nozzle is similar to the one used in pesticides spray, weak and unconfortable, hence 3 stars

Using white primer is a must๐
If you want to make this paint do the job, you must use white primer and seald it with clear coat, looks fantastic, nice quality paint, just wipe the nozzle after coats to prevent drops๐
