Great oat milk without the horrible aftertaste

Elmhurst’s Oat Milk Barista Edition is my go-to for frothing at home. While it’s a bit pricier than some other options, I find the value for money to be excellent—especially considering the short, clean ingredient list. Compared to other barista oat milks, this one skips the fillers and unnecessary additives while still delivering on texture and taste. I use it with my home espresso machine, and it froths up surprisingly well—even for someone who isn’t a pro at milk steaming. No, it doesn’t get quite as frothy or creamy as real dairy milk (no alt milk does), but for a plant-based option with limited ingredients, it comes very close. The flavor is smooth and neutral, the creaminess is spot on, and it checks all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a milk alternative I can reliably froth for my espresso drinks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality, simple-ingredient oat milk that performs well in lattes and cappuccinos.

I love this because it doesn’t have any weird ingredients or a bunch of added fillers. It’s nice and creamer. Taste great with matcha.

Good ingredients with gums or inflammatory oils. A bit on the pricey side but worth the purchase.

First time ordered, as an alternative to Califia Farms Barista Blend when it was out of stock, even though this product was significantly more expensive than CF. Not sure if the Elmhurst Barista is always this bad, but it was flavorless and watery and wouldn't froth. Is this typical, or had the product been previously frozen? Will not order again.

So yummy and natural

I couldn't believe how many calories I was consuming using regular half and half cream! I now made the switch to Elmhurst Oat Barista and it's delicious for a fraction of the calories.

It's not for me. I find it weak, and didn't go well in my coffee. I thought a bigger bottle would last longer. For taste, the elmhurst oat creamer 473ml is 1000% better. I've switched back to that.

Expensive but good!

Not good for Steaming. I had horrible results trying to froth this milk with my espresso machine. From the container, the liquid is runny/wattery and once steamed, remained thin with no micro foam. Will not purchase again. I recommend elmhurst cashew milk instead. Not the batista edition though. That product steams way nicer and is lower in carbs. Just had a different flavor than the oat milk.
