I was really doubtful that products like this could really work like they say. Thankfully this one did and it is a great value. I put 7 tabs in for the first time (It says to use 6-8 the first time) and followed the directions. I was disappointed when the smell was still there afterwards. I was going to try another round of cleaning but needed to get some laundry done first (It takes a long time to do the cleaning because it has to sit for 3 hours before completing the long cleaning cycle). After my first load of laundry the smell was gone. It has stayed gone ever since! It has been a few weeks since then and still no smell. I plan on doing the maintenance clean next week and hopefully that smell is gone forever!! In full disclosure I did run some vinegar in my pre-wash for the first two cycles after cleaning. I have done cleaning cycles with vinegar before and it didn't help all that much so I know that wasn't what made the smell go away, but it might have helped the cleaner fully get it out. I have not noticed any weird build-up or anything like that and I don't notice a specific scent from it either. I am so thankful it worked!

I’ve tried the Tide brand but it always generates a strong chemical smell that permeates throughout the house. I got two kids under 4 so I stopped using it. I had used Plink but that also leaves a scent albeit not as strong. Problem is that the scent also sticks to the first batch of laundry if I forget to run a wash after I used it. I was skeptical when I read the reviews about this product. I was willing to try it though as I wanted to make sure I keep our washing machine clean as it is quite old (10 years old or above...). I haven’t seen any gunk coming out when I used it the first time or even the next succeeding months after purchase. But, I am very satisfied that it doesn’t generate or leaves a chemical scent. I also noticed how our washing machine remains odorless even up to my next cleaning schedule or even after I washed rugs/dirty rags on it unlike when I’ve used Tide or Plink. I definitely recommend this product for those who are sensitive to smells.

I bought these to clean a rental machine because it had strong scented laundry detergent residue and my family is allergic to fragrance. It did not clear the fragrance from the machine but it did clean the dirt and hard water buildup. I still had to run a vinegar then a baking soda cycle to clear the fragrance residue. Overall pleased with the results from the washing machine cleaner and will use it to keep my machine free from dirt and hard water.

I have a very old front load washer and this has helped decrease the smell that started over time to get on clothes after being washed. I do not get clothes returned for a second washing anymore! I used the 8 tablets the first month, and 2 tablets each month on the 1st day of each month so I don't forget to use it. Instructions on the back of the box are pretty clear and give you the step by step directions, but for the details be sure to read the instructions inside, especially for the 2nd month when you may forget some of the details (use warm water, turn the power off during the 3 hour soak, do not use detergent for the full cycle). I will continue to use this and next time I get a new washer will start right away so it will never smell!

You’d think this would be as easy as popping the pods/cubes in the washer and running it, but it’s not! My washer is a top loader LG that’s about 3 years old. I cannot get the tub to fill with water and let it set for the recommended 3hrs. It has sensors to determine how much water is needed based on the clothing within, but there is no clothing in this instance. I thought I’d outsmart it and fill it myself with a bucket, and it stayed for about 5min and self drained without it even being turned on. I’d love to give these a great review but they do not work with all washers. At best I can clean the bottom inch of my machine tub.

I bought these to be sure I kept the washer in good condition. They do an amazing job and are so easy to use. The clothes seem to be cleaner after using these tablets.

I searched for a great cleaner based on reviews and the type that will good for our Front Load HE LG washing machine. Wanted to give this one a try. It's great! Our machine has NEVER had a "tub clean" even though it has that mode/setting. So it gave a musty smell even if we keep our door opened after every wash. (We had this washer brand new for about 2 years now).The first "tub clean" setting I tossed 4 of the tablets (without the wrapper) and turned on the setting for "tub clean" and it did it's thing. No musty smell or anything. WOW! I did 2 loads of laundry after and still no smell.I still did a second clean with 2 tablets on the "tub clean" setting and I am impressed.Everything dissolved, clean smell and well done job with these tablets! :D Very happy!

Has been the best product we've purchased for our washing machine. I greatly appreciate that is odorless!! Past products have smelled worse than the machine did. The downside is that you have to let it sit in the washing water for a few hours to really do it's job. Our washing machine kept draining the water after about 20 minutes. So, we just finally used in our normal in washing machine cleaning setting. Worked fine. No odors of any kind! Would buy again.

These tablets worked as well as the name brands at a fraction of what cost.I love that you can get them unscented, as scents are an issue in our house.

Nicely packaged, you pop two of the tablets in your empty washer and I ran mine on Normal with a warm cycle and it looked much cleaner afterwards. Great product, easy to use and can pronounce the ingredients which is amazing!

I have used almost every washing machine cleaner. Absolutely nothing compares to how well this one cleans and I love that there is no scent left behind from the product itself(scent sensitive)
