Customer service….having the designer answer the call was very much appreciated!
Well packaged and secure components. Had to call for assistance on the calibration and Jay answered the phone and provided immediate assistance. No waiting. I had the unit up and running and we went right to work weighing the cattle. I like the unit very much and am pleased with the product!

Great product amazing customer service
The Scale is super easy to install to the platform we made, a few minutes to weld blocks on legs to hold the cells and they walked me through the calibration portion step by step. super friendly and willing to help to get their unit up and going for the kids 4h animals definitely will buy again

Good product; even better customer support!
Big kudos for their customer service. This is the second set of scales I've built, and the customer service and support I got from you guys the first time around was a major factor in my decision to buy from you guys again. When I bought my first set, I had some questions around mounting the load cells (I needed to know if re-tapping the threaded holes would impair the load cell's accuracy) and they were super helpful and responsive. It is because of that I chose to buy scales from A & A again. I use these scales to weigh small GA airplanes, and they've worked great so far - so much so I am building a second set of scales to expand business.

Takes some building but worth it!
We wanted a scale but spending $500+ was just not appealing. We used 4x4 metal tubing and 2x12" to create the frame. Ran the wiring and added side posts to keep the cattle from go off the sides. Overall, nice purchase and worth the money!

Great product and great company
We bought this scale over a year ago and it has worked perfectly. Out of nowhere it would not read anything but zero. We reached out to the company and they were so helpful! Some wires had come loose (our fault, not theirs). They walked us through how to fix it and it’s working perfectly again! Great product and great company!

Pretty good product
Product was as described, my only suggestion would be to give instruction's for calibration. I ended up finding it on YouTube.

Great customer service
***UPDATE***After speaking with A and A scales they were able to help troubleshoot and explained how to fix the load cell that was giving me my problem. I would purchase from this company again and would recommend this to anyone trying to build thier own set of scalesBought to make a cattle scale for feeder calves. Scale works fine when a human gets on or off but when a calf steps on,the scale displays "nnnnnnnnnn" in all number positions. When calf steps off the scale it reads a large negative number. Have recalibrated this numerous times and again works fine for humans. Even checked max weight and it was 5000lbs. Calves are weighing roughly 900
