I firmly believe in eating things for taste as well as texture. I will spit stuff out quick if it’s not worth the calories. I am eating these! I ordered the variety pack for my sister when she started Keto. I forgot to change the address in shipping so they came to me. I decided to try them out of curiosity. I was surprised at how good they really are. I did order more for my sister, since I opened the first order. She called to say the snicker doodles were her favorite. I am not on keto but I do watch my calories and sugar intake. The chocolate chip are salty as most have said, but the texture and flavor make up for the initial salty sensation. They are very good and satisfying when you want to binge on sweet/salty. The brownies crumbled and was pretty much “dust” in the bag. They have a decent flavor and I liked them. They seemed a lil softer and didn’t do well in shipping. I will sprinkle the crumbled pieces on yogurt or ice cream for the kids. The snicker doodles were good also and I am not a fan of cinnamon, so that is saying something. The texture and flavor was good and satisfying. I would (and did) buy them again. It’s worth the price. Comes to less than $5 a bag, which is not bad in today’s world. If you are on Keto, watching carbs or whatever, these cookies are nice to have around to keep you on track. Overall, it’s 5 stars. They are much better than some of the other keto/protein snacks I’ve encountered.

My hubby is diabetic and these are a wonderful small snack for him. If you keep them in the fridge it’s a game changer!!!!

I absolutely love these cookies! They are delicious mini cookies with a pleasant texture and slight crunch. Even people who weren't keto tried them and said they're really good. I will explain why I couldn't give 5 stars. 1. They are a bit expensive... but then again, most keto snacks are. I just wish there was more in each bag. 2. The flavor of the snickerdoodle is just a bit overpowering so I can only eat a couple at a time (maybe that is a good thing for some people). I probably wouldn't buy these again. 3. The chocolate brownie bites are not brownie-like at all. It would be more accurate to call them chocolate cookies, and because of the cocoa, they are not quite as sweet as the other flavors and the cocoa adds an extra carb per serving (which I don't mind but some people might). I would buy more of these. Choc chip were by far my favorite and I have no complaints except that it is hard not to eat the whole bag lol. (Also check out their Vanilla wafer cookies! They taste just like the real thing) Overall a good treat, imho.

Two bags were intact but the chocolate ones were a crumbled mess. Of course the ones I looked forward to the most. They have good taste but for the price I dont want crumbled cookies

The variety pack I got had chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and chocolate. These are perfect cookies. Most keto stuff tastes weird or isn’t crunchy. This stuff tastes EXACTLY like one of those little bags of miniature Famous Amos cookies or something and has a similar crunchy texture, these are just easier to crumble if you try at all. It genuinely feels like eating junk food, but they are also great crushed and mixed into Greek yogurt. The chocolate cookies taste like oreos without the cream. The chocolate ones are the only one where you sort of notice the cooling effect of the sweetener (it never plays nice with chocolate) but it’s genuinely no big deal. All three varieties, but especially the chocolate and snickerdoodle, would make really good crusts for low carb desserts if crushed and mixed with melted butter. After having these, I decided to try more Highkey products. I got the pancake and biscuit mix for now to see savory stuff, but I will definitely try the rest of the cookie flavors and the blondies at minimum, and try making cheesecake etc. I’m really impressed with Highkey with one exception. I found them because I was looking for allulose, and their alluose/erthyritol/monk fruit/stevia blend stood out to me because I can’t have much allulose without issues but tolerate all the rest well. The blend tastes great and never causes me problems. Then I saw some of their hot cereal at the store a year later so I got it, but it was too sickeningly sweet for me. That’s the only one I haven’t liked though.

These cookies are so crumbly and delicious. The sugar content feels correct without it being actual sugar. You don’t have to sacrifice eating bland cookies. The cookies are very crunchy and crumbly, I do wish they were a bit larger or there were more in the package itself. What you do get will leave you wanting more.

I love these keto cookies! I ordered the Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, and the Brownie Bites Variety Pack, and I’ve been very happy with all of them. They’re moist, crumbly, and delicious with a great texture. Mine also arrived perfectly intact—they weren’t broken in the bag. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

*update, I just got the chocolate mint one in and they are SOOOO much better and not 75 % crumbs in the bag. The mint flavor is STRONG They looked good and I wanted to feed my sweet tooth without as much sugar . So the packaged looked good and 3 for 15 seemed like a good price however I did not look close enough at how little you actually get or read reviews and that's on me. They are the most delicate cookies to eat and are so messy because they are like if you mix sand and water together, form it into a shape, let then dry in the sun and then you try to pick it up. You can but the slightest thing causes a mess. They do have the weird after taste most things made with alternative sweetners have but not bad. The brownie one was not disappointing but mostly because of how much I love brownies, and just the lack of chocolate flavor. Chocolate chip was the best on by far. Snicker doodle was fine but I the most like eating a literal bag of sand but I'm not mad about it.
