Best tasting tuna great value and a fast meal

This is like a lot of ready to eat, shelf stable convenience foods- it’s good enough. if U can get these for under $1 it's a good value. Update 9-2026: _ caught them on sale again with an xtra off coupon and subscribe/save discount- better than 1/2 off 🤷‍♂️. 10 cases delivered to Michigan have 9-2028 and 1-2029 best by dates, 2 years + 👍 Update October 2025: they were on sale again, ordered 4 cases of zesty lemon 🍋, not my favorite but they have a couple more grams of protein than my favorite latin citrus, 12 vs 10, both have 5 grams fiber- under 200 calories for 1/4 pound pouch- these R the healthier quarter pounder😉 _ shipped to Michigan 10-2025 have a best by date 2-2028, so stock up when on sale update sept 2025- lucky to catch these on sale again- at well under $1 per pouch i ordered 8 cases. shipped to michigan, 4 boxes were dated june 2027 and 4 were date june 2028- so, long best by dates make it a good time to stock up- i highly recommend the latin citrus. squeezing an extra drop of lemon/lime juice into the pouch adds more flavor_ the latin citrus with quinoa and beans Update august 2025: they were on sale so I tried a different flavor- the zesty lemon pasta and beans with tuna- very little lemon flavor _NOT zesty at all. the latin citrus had a better flavor profile. These are sort of like making your own fancy tuna salad at home and then vacuum packing single serving into a mushy paste. The good news is the long shelf life- shipping to Michigan best by dates were jan/feb 2028 At $1-ish each a good value, at $1.50-ish each a lesser than good value. it looks not so good- tuna, rice, beans, grains- vacuum packed into a pasty consistency. Sorta taste like leftover tuna casserole- I’ve tried the spicy 🌶️ rice/beans/tuna version- was too hot for me- had to mix it with xtra tuna & mayo. Also had the latin citrus pouch- it’s ok. The main flavor is definitely tuna, then citrus- then gummy beans & quinoa. probably cheaper to make your own with can of tuna, can of beans, can of veggies, whatever grains/rice/seeds and dressing you like, etc. The box of 12 I ordered in may 2025 have a best by date of October 2027 will probably keep on subscribe/save as long as the price remains $1.25-ish per pouch. If it’s a fair price for you, it’s worth trying 👍

One of my favorite types of tuna. All of the flavors with the beans go together so well we eat it on croissants and we love it with crackers. I always will order when I run out!!!

Good food to have on hand for emergencies. I personally think this flavor is a bit too sour/citrusy but that's just my taste. Other than that -what more to say -it's tuna & beans in a bag!

Add some cherry tomatoes split in half and heat mixed together for a nice low cal quick lunch or dinner. Lots of protein and quinoa, the oldest grain with all sorts of health components and filling.

Delicious and convenient! Tastes great at room temperature or warmed up. Definitely buying this again.
