What's the differenxe between this (ss7619-15) and the ps7224 model? will either plug into a normal household wall outlet?

The PS7224 does not include surge suppression. It only includes overcurrent protection in the form of a circuit breaker. Both have NEMA 5-15 plugs and receptacles that will mate with a standard United States house outlet
