This vinegar is excellent in quality and wonderful tasting. Makes great vinegrette! However, surely takes some time to arrive. Packaged went several states south and several cities west of destination. I hope this doesn’t happen during hot summer months. Oh well, blessings!

This is my favorite vinegarette. It tastes rich and it's an integral ingredient for a salad I like to copy from a restaurant near me. Came right away and in good condition.

This isn't a reduction type balsamic vinegar - thinner but still delicious! Some note it has a stronger raspberry flavor - precisely what I love about it! A splash of this, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic pwdr, salt & pepper = a bright/ fresh/ tangy dressing for salads! (or anything else) Mantova is a bit pricier than what I used to buy (but can longer find in our local grocers), so it's a bit of a splurge. Appreciate that it's organic. Well worth a little extra cost, IMHO! Would definitely purchase again or even buy for gifting! Love it!

Amazing!!! Found a recipe for raspberry vinaigrette for a Thanksgiving spinach salad & this balsamic made the dressing spectacular! It’s best to mix your own dressing so that you can use good olive oil (instead of store-bought that uses icky oil). This stuff is “da bomb. Very, very happy with purchase!
