Raspberry forward flavor - delicious!
This isn't a reduction type balsamic vinegar - thinner but still delicious! Some note it has a stronger raspberry flavor - precisely what I love about it! A splash of this, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic pwdr, salt & pepper = a bright/ fresh/ tangy dressing for salads! (or anything else) Mantova is a bit pricier than what I used to buy (but can longer find in our local grocers), so it's a bit of a splurge. Appreciate that it's organic. Well worth a little extra cost, IMHO! Would definitely purchase again or even buy for gifting! Love it!

Mantova organic raspberry balsamic vinegarette
The company gives a very inaccurate product description and it’s very misleading to the customer. It’s a raspberry vinaigrette, if you like vinegar. As far as it being balsamic, I can’t agree with that. It’s mostly vinegar. It does have a raspberry flavor. I was completely disappointed, bc I was expecting a real raspberry, “BALSAMIC,” vinaigrette. If you like raspberry, and if you like vinegar, then you will like this product! It’s not for me.

We eat salad every day and this vinegar makes wonderful salad dressing, with some additional ingrediants, of course.

Tastes good. Disappointed in its thickness.
It tastes good, but I was hoping for a thick, rich vinegar. This one isn't watery, but it also isn't thick and rich.
