I love this heating pad. It is very long so it covers a lot of area which I needed. It is VERY soft and flexible unlike the old heating pads that were stiff and hard to adjust to the area you needed. I use this a lot over my shoulder. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because on the website it says you can use it as moist therapy and shows the picture how to do that but in the directions in the package it says not to get it wet and does not explain how to use it for moist therapy. I have tried it the way it is shown in the pictures on the website advertisement and it works find. However, they need to update the package insert because that is confusing. I would recommend this product.

Well-made product, heats up super fast. Pad is HUGE, perfect for my entire back or to wrap around leg or arm for pain relief. Arrived days before promised.

With consistent back pain, I have owned quite a few heat pads and other items to attempt on getting some relief. I ordered this by recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did. The cover is so soft and seems to be put together very well. What I like most about it is that it has a digital thermostat- not one of those dials. On top of that - the manufacturer (designer) took the time out to realize that the chord needs to be long enough to go from a bed or couch to an outlet that may not be too close - there is actually a chord, not a stub of one! I most definitely would recommend this pad to anyone who is in need of a new one!

I really think that this could be a. great product; hence, why I purchased to begin with but sadly when I plugged it in the controller keeps flashing a "C" and I tried to troubleshoot and could not find anything about as to what that means. I only found information about a flashing "F". With that said, I felt it was only correct to rate it as a 1 star bc I was not able to use it. I am sure it may just be a defect with this particular pad as the world is not perfect so it is not to say I won't possibly try re ordering it in hopes that it was a one time deal. Again, I don't like leaving a 1 star but the truth is I have no use for it so I can't rate it any higher. I think it is a great product if it would work as to the touch it is very soft, a good size, and easy to plug in and out of the blanket. The remote just doesn't seem to work.

I'm a big heating pad user. My former heating pad died and I needed to get a new one. It's been a while since I bought a new one and found heating pads have changed. They aren't all the same. They come in different sizes, different temp controls and different material. This is unbelievably SOFT--both sides. It's also humongous but then I'm petite. What's particularly nice about the temperature control gauge is that it has a separate on/off button so you don't need to click through all the temp ranges to turn it off.I don't quite understand why they programmed it to start on the 3rd heat level rather than 1. This has more heat levels than most other pads--another nice feature--plus it has a 2-hour auto shut-off. Overall, this is a good heating pad, although a bit big but most people will probably appreciate the size.
