Flimsy bottle but it doesn't matter; it works just fine.
The plastic bottle that holds the soap was very thin walled but it doesn't look like it should matter. Every other aspect of this was well made. Installation wasn't particularly challenging and the squirter was very long so it reached the sink.

Very happy with this soap dispenser
We really like this soap dispenser. We needed something that stuck out a little farther over the sink than most standard dispensers. Even when new, our old dispenser was stiff and rigid when pressed down. This dispenser is just right, with the right amount of pressure needed to press the pump to get soap and the fact that it sticks out far enough into the sink, which causes less mess. I hope that this company will expand and make other similar pumps that have rounded edges so that they can match some of the rounded-edge faucets like ours. Having said that, we are very happy and would definitely purchase this item again for another sink, and it looks very nice.

Affordable and works great!
Doesn’t feel cheap at all. 100% would by again, fits in perfectly with a full stainless kitchen. Only suggestion would be a way to get soap up the long tubes more easily because it takes a lot of pumping!

Nice Design and Construction
This was one soap pump option that I considered for the kitchen sink.First, this pump has a very long spout. I know it says 4.5 inches in the description but it's pretty long in real life. However, the fit and finish quality is very good especially if you need a longer spout which I did not need.The bottle holds 13 ounces as advertised and since I went with a different model that had a 17 ounce bottle, I must say that 4 ounces makes for a pretty obvious size difference.

Finally found one that really works
Our soap dispenser mostly dribbled down the side of the sink. This one extends out far enough to actually squirt into whatever I want to wash. Not earth shaking, but one less irritation to deal with.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT EASY TO INSTALL
I PURCHASED THIS TO REPLACE MY OLD ONE, LIKE THE LONG LENGTH OF 4 INCHES MUCH BETTER THAN OLD ONE. EXTENDS NICELY INTO SINK, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
