I bought the TOPNEW 32 Rock Climbing Holds set to build a small climbing wall for my kids, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The holds feel solid and well-made, with a nice variety of shapes and sizes so we could set up both easy and slightly more challenging routes. The bright colors make the wall look fun and inviting, and they give the kids an easy way to follow “color routes” when they climb.Installation was straightforward: each hold came with the necessary mounting hardware, and once we had our board prepped and drilled, it was just a matter of bolting everything in place. The holds sit firmly with no wobble when tightened correctly. We’ve had them outside for a while now and they’ve handled regular use and changing weather without any cracks or fading so far.

I don't understand why other people are reviewing these negatively. I had no issues with these cracking during installation and I used an impact gun to tighten them. The provided bolts are long because they are designed to be "through bolted" for maximum stability. As far as grip, these are not professional rock climbing holds. They are an inexpensive option for a DIY kids playset. There is plenty of grip and you can vary how they mount for easy or harder options. I built a playset for my 3 year old and wanted some rock climbing holds for him to be able to practice climbing safely. These have large enough grip options to allow small climbers to safely practice, and small enough options to create some challenging routes if you want. Of course you can mount them in a variety of ways to change the complexity of the climb from super easy to a little more complex. You could also use them for grip strength practice and mount them anywhere for adult use.

I purchased 2 kits and made a pair of climbing walls for my son. I see reviews complaining about needing more T-nuts. The bolts are M10x1.50 "course" threads. I found a ton of T-nuts searching for M10 and advertising "for climbing walls", which worked fine. The bolts will extend different lengths through the holds, so you will need to plan to mount the wall with furring strips. I think these are the sort of problems one should expect to work around doing a big DIY project like making a climbing wall, and think these holds are excellent.

All in all the holds are great. The T-nuts are not a high enough quality for us, so we bought more expensive ones that screw into the back of the wall. Unfortunately the bolts that came with this is an odd metric size, so we were not able to use any of the hardware.

Creating a rock wall with these molds has been one of the best projects we’ve done as a family. It’s not just a toy—it’s an investment in fun, fitness, and creativity. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a rock wall at home!

These are quite the hit in our house! I feel like it was a great price considering how many you get super easy to install. They're actually easy to move around if you want to switch it up and they are used daily.

These started breaking 6 months after installation. They have now all completely broken.

The holds are of great quality from what I can tell. I’ve never rock climbed myself, but I built a wall for the family for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised and the quality of everything sent. And to also come with all the hardware needed made things so much easier! I also had a question for the manufacturer/seller and they replied within a day, were really nice, and helped me out! Coming from someone not experienced in this field I would say I highly recommend this seller and this product to anyone looking! Oh and the picture I attached doesn’t show all the holds the package came with, was ready to have the kids climb to the ceiling quite yet.
