wrong product...
My review is more about the experience of ordering this item - not so much about the item itself. I'm sure I would have been perfectly thrilled if the item had arrived as promised.These two products came very highly recommended and I was so excited to buy them as a baby shower gift for my sister-in-law. I had them shipped to her house - in another state - so I wouldn't have to pack them in my suitcase when I traveled for the shower. Unfortunately, we got there to find that the box had arrived listing these items on the packing slip but actually containing an entirely different product - a package of potty-training diapers. Not only was that not what I had ordered, but I certainly didn't pay $60 for diapers that she won't even need for a few more years, given that her baby hasn't even been born yet... very disappointed. And very disappointed that after a lengthy conversation with a customer service rep who was very difficult to understand, Amazon wasn't able to do anything about it except say that I could send it back and receive a refund when they receive the package. Which means that we have to pack this package and bring it home with us to ship it back to Amazon. I had to order entirely new products for the gift, and Amazon was not able to rush those to get them there in time for the shower. Really disappointed.
