Firstly do not install with a wall (at least most). dimmer switch. The light will flicker and the remote may not pair. I recommend making a cardboard template of the 4 mounting holes first, mark them on the ceiling and pre drill for wall anchors. It also is a good idea to make sure you have plenty of extra power and neutral wire from the ceiling box (fix dongles on if necessary) since there is not much play when connecting the fixture.Put the batteries in the remote only after the light is wired and ready to be turned on or it may not pair.

Once I installed the light, I became fairly happy with it. However, this light suffers from some design flaws. Flaws first: The mounting is via screws straight into the drywall about 6" out from the center. It would be nice to have mounting holes for the conduit box for more stability. The light box is flat on the topside so it's very tricky to wire it and get everything back into the conduit box. I ended up pulling the wires through the light and connecting everything inside the light. The sheet metal box could be a little thicker for more rigidity. Now, what I liked: This light I purchased with other white/wood fixtures and it looks pretty slick. Looks more custom than the stuff you'd buy at big box stores. I didn't know it had a remote, you can adjust brightness and color temp, so if you like 2700k you can match it up pretty close. The remote is only needed if you want it, the light remains set and your light switch will power it on so you don't need to go hunting for the remote.

Holy moley, this thing is huge!! I did pick the 19 inch to replace the very small, very old and dim light I had in my condo. Love that you can switch between the warmths, and there’s a daytime and nighttime setting so you don’t completely blind yourself when you go to sneak some shredded cheese at 3 am. 10/10 recommend

The light fixture looks good and was easy to install. Light output is good and build quality seems good for the price. Have been running 3 of them for about 6 months... But...1) They are not compatible with Lutron or Leviton dimmers which was very disappointing because the description says they are dimmable, however this is a white lie. They ARE dimmable but ONLY WITH THE SUPPLIED REMOTE which works, but makes the dimming feature a pointless waste.2) Nice to have color temperature adjustment too, But... the color temperature changes EVERY TIME YOU TURN THE FIXTURE OFF/ON. and its random! so another annoying wasted "feature".So, nice looking fixture, works, easy install. But bizarre design features make it less than a good buy. 3 1/2 Stars

We installed this light after we purchased it in January 2021 and it stopped working after less than 9 months of light. When we contacted the seller they immediately responded and are sending a replacement. Will update review if we have problems with it.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the style of this light fixture. The installation was a little tricky since we were doing it ourselves. You had to read instructions very carefully to pair the remote.Turn off the light take out the batteries of the remote put the batteries back into the remote then turn the light on and then pair.

This replaced a large fluorescent light I had in my personal office. This works so much better - the ability to switch light temperature is really great, and the dim ability works perfectly. We installed it easily in under 30 minutes, it uses a standard set up, so if you've installed ceiling lights before, this comes easily.I love it - it's simple and provides a lot of light.
