Understood the size when purchased but do wish it was larger especially for the price but like the chart and it is not to thin came rolled in a poster tube!

I love that this poster illustrates how to transition between poses. It is easy to follow. I wish it had larger for visibility from a mat.

I like the poster. However when I put it up I noted a few spots messed up on it. Not cool when it's supposed to be new.

This is not a high quality poster by any means. It could easily be printed from home. It is on a shiny paper but very thin and not laminated. Will tear easily. The print quality is low and the images are not easily seen if hung as a poster to follow during exercise.The poster took 8 weeks to arrive from Australia. Make your own. Save a lot of time and money.

The rolled poster was sealed with a STICKER that could not be removed without damaging the product. It took several minutes to carefully remove it in bits and shreds without tearing the flimsy paper. This would not be an issue if the poster were properly laminated. I ordered 2 posters from 2 different companies. This one was smaller, very cheaply produced and cost 3 times as much. The other poster was much more substantial. No amount of graphic design can compensate for the inferior materials used in this product. Look elsewhere.

Poses are very nicely laid out but it ripped when I took the tape holding it rolled. Very thin paper.
