darn good chair for not a lot of money
really good lil chair for not a lot of money. i have had this chair now for 2 years now and its really held up and i have not had any real problems with it. just need to tighten bolts every now and then but i have never had a computer chair where i didnt have to do that so...back when i was looking for a new chair i was eyeing a different brand chair that looked exactly like this one but it was more expensive and it was also sold out, when i found this one i was not sure because it looked exactly the same as the other one i was looking at but it was also like 150 bucks cheaper as well. so after some going back and forth i decided to give it a try and i am glad i did. its been a great chair so far and its still comfortable (and yea i do sit in it a lot once i get home from work so its used quite a lot)

Easily the best chair for the price
THIS CHAIR IS GREAT!I feel like I made the right choice. Solid materials, comfy, easy to assemble. This is just a damn good mid-range chair. Almost as good as the expensive ones that a typical tech office may have. I couldn't find anything in my price range (under $250) that looks like it would be worth getting over a cheap one.The only knock is I'm tall so the seat could be a little longer. But again I think this chair is great. Makes a big difference working from home.

Solid, comfortable, and an extra feature that other chairs lack...
Solid chair, a challenge to assemble due to its size and its many moving parts. I've had this chair nearly two years now, and something unexpected - to me - happened fairly recently. It's important to say that I did not use the chair regularly until recently. In the past few months, I typically use it for 1/2-1 hour per day. Perhaps a month or two after use, I noticed a bolt on the floor. I didn't know what the screw was for, but I put it on the tabletop that I used the chair with. A week or two later, I found out what it was for - the hard way. I was sitting on the chair when it literally collapsed, like one of those buildings that gets blown up. It was a challenge to get the circular base in particular to stay still enough while putting in the bolts - adding the mystery bolt - in. Now, no problem. The lesson: re-check the bolts regularly, and with a tool to do so handy!

good for big guy, too bulky and heavy
Chair didn't work for me. It's too bulky and heavy. Takes a lot of space. In addition one part arrived damaged I decided to return it instead of replace since I didn't like it that much. It will work for a big guy and also it's good to have it on carpet. Since it's too heavy and wheels are not wood floor friendly it's going to scratch the floor pretty fast. Need chair mat.

Best chair ever!
I looked at stores and online. Difficulty is to get a feel until you assemble it. Even in a store is not the same as at home. This chair is perfect. I adjusts where you need it and supports back completely. The height/angle adjustment is little complicated, because you unlock it to adjust angle, and it will come back if you sit back and push the lever, then lock. Best to adjust height is to get up and let it get high then bring it down to your needs. This is because the single level is used for two types of attachments. Still, I would not want any other chair. You can sit in it for hours and not feel it. Just get it, you will love it.

Assembly was painful. Arm-rest keeps falling off.
Assembly was painful. One of the screws provided did not match so had to figure out how to replace. Then the arm-rest screw keeps falling out and need to keep fixing. Too much of hassle to pack and resend for replacement especially in Covid situation. Not happy with this purchase.

Absolutely excellent. No regrets. Price is worth it.
This chair is absolutely excellent. Easy to install with the Amazon video. Working remotely now is a pure comfort as I was in the office. Well made.

Solis, needs a longer USB cord for massager
Just got this chair, after a few days feels pretty solid and comfortable. The back massager is a nice touch but the cord is about 2' shorter than it should be. The adjustments are easy to do and the lumbar support is helped a lot by the massage pillow. Less so when that is removed. I am pretty happy with this chair.

Seems like a good value...
These "ergonomic" high-back desk chairs cross a wide price range, from a few hundred to well north of that. This one had mostly good reviews and the price seemed right so, being time to replace my old, worn chair I figured...let's give this one a try. I was obviously hopeful that it would work out since returning a chair, after assembly, could be a challenge. Long story short, I'm satisfied with the chair so far, after using it a few days. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions are good (though the diagrams could be a bit clearer). You do need to be patient during assembly and follow exactly the numbered steps and directional arrows. You should also do a parts count, including screws, before assembling the chair to make sure you have everything that the instruction's parts chart indicates as required for assembly. I did such a count and happily nothing was missing. Once assembled, the chair is comfortable, particularly the lumbar support which I find fits perfectly the arch of my lower spine. The chair's arms are adjustable multiple ways (height, laterally, forward/back) which, along with the seat's height control, makes for a fairly customizable 'fit'. The modular head-rest positions perfectly for my height (5'9"), allowing the small of my neck to comfortably rest against it. The seat back's tilt and tension controls are very nice and work as they should. The casters are standard for this type chair -- meaning plastic, not rubber -- and will undoubtedly scratch a hardwood floor or glass mat surface. I've therefore ordered a set of soft rubber roller-blade-style casters to replace the factory ones. I took off a star in the rating for the following reason: I'm not tall, and have a small build, yet I find the seat a bit shallow from back to front. Another inch or so would have been perfect for better thigh support. Still comfortable and not a deal-breaker. The accompanying usb-powered vibrating cushion is a nice touch, but placing it against the seat back reduces the amount of room to actually sit and, frankly, they could have omitted that little extra without consequence. I won't be using it. All in all, a reasonably solid, versatile and comfortable high-back desk chair worth what I paid.
