A fine Extra Bold Cup
When brewed at proper temperature (195-200 deg F) this is a really good cup of extra bold coffee. Not bitter, hints of sweetness, very smooth, and is does not lose flavor as it cools. I have found that if brewed at sub standard temp (ie less than 190 deg F) it can have some bitterness and loses a good deal of that smoothness as well. (for this reason I use a Bunn MyCafe, which I have verified brews at a solid pressurized 195 deg).As a seasoned barista and survivor of medical internship I can tell you I have studied the science behind brewing coffee ad-nauseum. Aside from the bean and the grind, and of course storage (all of which the Kcup takes care of for you), the temperature of brewing cannot be understated for that perfect cup of yummy black gold... if brewed too low of temp you WILL get a cup of crankcase oil, no matter how good the coffee is. I would advise you all to drop a properly calibrated thermometer into your cup to see what temps you are actually seeing. Do it AFTER running a few water only runs to make sure everything, including your cup, is warm. It was for this reason I switched to the MyCafe.Jet fuel is very similar to Black Tiger, and both provide a good bit of pickup in the AM. Not so strong as to put you into tachycardia, but a nice wake up and flavor. If I am using a K cup, Jet Fuel along with BT, REVV and Green Mtn AA Kenyan, are my go to K cups. Worth the cash.

Coworkers say: JET FUEL IS A WINNER!
I bought a Keurig machine for my office (about 28 people) in December. There are about 8 people who drink coffee daily. We all seem to like dark/bold roasts, and I'd been wanting to try Jet Fuel for a while. The girl who will ONLY drink really dark roasts and is pretty picky about her coffee sent me an email - IT'S A WINNER! When I walked in the door she popped up from her seat, big old grin on her face, and said GOOD MORNING! I LOVE JET FUEL!!! She hasn't smiled before 9:00 am in a long time. :) I myself generally drink decaf (I really like Gorilla Decaf from Organic Coffee Co), so I feel the caffiene in this one, but it's not out of control. I would say it's very comparable to Kirkland Pacific Bold. It's dark and bold, full bodied, but not bitter. It would handle a larger sized brew well, I did the middle one (9 oz). It's worth a go, in my opinion!

I have been searching to find that perfect cup of coffee
I finally found the one. Since getting my Keurig, I have been searching to find that perfect cup of coffee. It seems to me that too many times, the Keurig waters down my coffee too much, leaving me with bitter brown water. Yuck. So I have been on a hunt to find the best dark blend that also, isn't too bitter or acidic and VOILA, I have found it! This coffee gives you that solid cup of coffee that you want in your morning. It's balanced, it's bold, it's smooth and I'm so happy! Definitely gives you a jolt of caffeine, but nothing too crazy. If you're looking for a go-to coffee for the mornings, I would highly recommend this.

I like it
I'm a bit new to the Keurig world, and have only been using mine for a couple of weeks now. I tried the samplers that come with the Keurig, such as the Tully's French Roast, Donut Shop, etc.I tend to gravitate towards darker, bold flavored coffees more than anything else, so naturally felt inclined to give Jet Fuel a try.So, while I haven't had much to compare the Jet Fuel to yet, I will say that it's pretty good. I know the Keurig doesn't make the "world's best coffee", but it's great for what it is. And the Jet Fuel is very drinkable if you like a darker, bolder coffee. The taste of it is a little on the sharper/bitey side than it is smooth. But I also make my cups with the smaller brew setting, so I'm sure that has something to do with the boldness of it.Overall it has a nice balance of being bold, without being too bitter, but could use a little more smoothness to it. I'll keep trying different K-cups to see what i like best, but so far the Jet Fuel is pretty good.

*DRAMATIC PRICE INCREASE*
This coffee is delicious and i have been a regular buyer for a very long time. On Dec 1st i bought a 24-ct for $11.99 and now today its $20 for a24-ct.I guess this longtime relationship is over because its delicious but not worth $20. So for that price I say its just okay. But if u like dark them you should at least try it yourself at least once. Maybe you'll like it enough to pay the new price.

Finally got a box
I ran across this at an airport and got one or two for my wife and she immediately fell in love. We have ordered bulk cups of this coffee now 3 different times. The latest order finally came in a personalized box for the product. The previous orders arrive in a plain cardboard box.The coffee is bold and strong. We usually drink it hot but it is great on ice as well. In all the boxes we have ordered we have never had one blow apart like some cheaper brands of K-cups.This is definitely one that you should try at least once. Bold enough to enjoy but not over the top and definitely not just a sales pitch of a nickname. This is a great coffee.

As Strong As The Real Stuff, But Without The Kerosene Aftertaste!
"Jet Fuel" is a great bold coffee straight out of the Keurig. I'll admit to liking "Death Wish" coffee at least as much, but that takes nothing away from "Jet Fuel", it's just a differently strong flavor, and tends to be somewhat sweeter (though not sweet like a flavored coffee). One thing "Jet Fuel" definitely has going for it over "Death Wish" is price (though if you buy it in the 50 count packaging the differential is less significant); I very much enjoy "Jet Fuel", and plan on trying other Coffee People coffees.Real jet fuel is essentially kerosene: this coffee tastes a lot better, but still packs a kick you'll be sure to notice. I have definitely put this in my morning coffee rotation, and recommend it to lovers of dark roast everywhere.

Excellent coffee.
If you like a dark roast coffee you will love this. Nice rich flavour without the bitterness. Tastes almost like an Americano. I have been using another dark roast coffee until now that is quite a bit more expensive. I will be switching to Jet Fuel. Excellent coffee. Good price.
