COSMOCOS-3019ORM2SS Over the Range Microwave Oven with 1.9 cu. ft. Capacity, 1000W

This is a great over the range microwave. Its slim so it doesn't drop too low and obstruct access over the stove. It has a very powerful recirculating fan and a great light with multiple brightness settings. It is very streamline and easy to operate.

Clean lines, looks great, the clock timer great easy to use , the ventilation system is really nice not too noisy and real efficient for my small kitchen. I had the exact same microwave in my last kitchen, for two years, so I bought it again. Never had a mechanical problem or any kind of issue.

This microwave that hit combo looks great in our mini kitchen. it functions perfectly and has a timer, two different undercounter, lighting settings, and two different vent settings.

Replaced a 24yo G.E. Spacesaver MW with this one. Orig oven had a failed magnetron tube (about $55 on Amazon), but wanted to update looks anyway. Got this Cosmo for about $300 total. Mount bracket had to be replaced, but this one fit right where the orig one did, no need to modify tile backslash. It looks better and it's bigger inside. Had to drill new holes for upper mount screws only. Had old one out and this one in and done (solo), in about 1 hour.

I was hesitant to buy this but I needed a 24” microwave. Very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the quality. Heavier than expected, door does not flex like a lot of the cheap models do. I would definitely buy again.

Purchased this unit 2.21.24 as part of a kitchen reno. Immediately after installation it may have a faulty door sensor since the internal light is usually on even when the door is closed and you must slam the right corner of the door to get the unit to even power on. CS responded promptly but expects to me to pay someone to uninstall it and send it back to them for repair and then after they repair and return it I can then pay the same installation guy for a third time to re-install it. Or I can pay a local appliance repair man to diagnose the problem, contact them for a part, and then pay that same repair man to replace the part. They are refusing to replace my unit with a replacement unit. And any solution they have would cost me substantially extra $$$ out of my own pocket to be able to use the brand new unit I purchased.I would NOT recommend this unit. As you can see from other reviews there’s a high likelihood of receiving a less than perfect unit and you absolutely cannot count on customer service to replace a unit that costs top dollar but is faulty out of the box.

I was hesitant on this purchase because I wasn't familiar with the Cosmo brand. I did some research and learned that Cosmo makes a variety of high end kitchen ranges, range hoods and microwaves that are sold through Home Depot and other such places. Now that I've installed this microwave my wife and I could not be happier. It's sleek, modern appearance compliments our other black appliances, the unit works perfectly, it's quieter than our Kenmore was, the controls are easy to read and intuitive and my wife really likes the way the dual lighting illuminates the stove top while she's cooking. For us, this is a 100 percenter.....love it!

Our former over-the -range, vented microwave lasted 25 years. It finally just stopped turning on at all. After an exhaustive search of every brand with the same features and size, we settled on this COSMO model.I can't list all of the additional touch features it has, but it's significantly more. The lights are LED, very bright, and come with a dimmer switch. It's also a quieter operation and a quieter exhaust fan.Installation was easy enough, though it is tricky to get all the holes to line up in the right place even with the paper template that is provided. If you are not someone that is mechanically inclined, I highly recommend you seek professional installation.We like this so much, we are seriously contemplating buying a matching range from COSMO.
