🥣 Good for diabetics 🥣
For diabetics porridge provides a good, low-sugar breakfast. These particular sachets are more interesting in their flavours than basic porridge oats. One of the problems with instant porridge sachets is that they normally have too high a sugar content for diabetics. These 'Perfect Blends' sachets fall within the medically recommended guidelines for sugar content and so are safe, tasty and nutritious - especially when one is low in energy and wants a quick and easy breakfast.With the suggested amount of milk, this porridge comes out of the microwave with a very thin consistency, so you may want to try varying the amount of milk you add to find the consistency that you prefer.

Can’t get these from supermarkets now. No idea why but these are the best sachets. Sugar free and lovely multi grain. Great taste. Thank goodness for Amazon. Will order the apple & cinnamon variety once they’re back in stock. They’re lovely too

Only 2.5 mins to perfect porridge... Microwave Instructions 1. Empty the sachet into a microwaveable bowl. 2. Use the empty sachet to measure milk up to the line (180ml). Pour & mix well. 3.
