I know there are better drills for it, but will this mix mud or concrete?

I have been using it to mix thinset for the past couple of months and it is great. The variable-speed trigger works nicely, and it has plenty of power. For thick concrete, floor mud, or fat mud, maybe not.

this says 20v but then it says electric and has a cord which is it
