didn't like that I had to re-order
didn't like that I had to re-order, pay more and pay the extra fee to have it rushed. received the original 5 days before our trip, rushed the second order and got it the day before. make sure to check that all parts are included. this unit was missing charger and travel lid?? bad Quality control?

Sad over poorly designed bottle lid
Within the first day of use the plastic lid for the bottle cracked and broke. It wasn't dropped or misused in anyway, it just cracked and leaked once on its side. I was still able to use the system to make the water in Vietnam safe to drink, but then had to transfer it into other bottles. I would wait until they improve the lid before buying this product as it is a often reviewed weakness of this product.
