'Makeup Setting Spray With Matcha Green Tea, Hyaluronic Acid and Rose Water Gives A Matte Flawless Finish All Day, Paraben and Cruelty-Free

I tried the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray, NYX, you name it and my makeup always seemed to be sliding off by the end of my work shift. I started using this as a primer, but it turns out my skin loves the aloe, rosewater, and other great extracts in it. I often find myself mixing it with moisturizer all of the time because it just makes my skin smooth and beautiful.It does work well as a primer/setting spray and keeps the shine off of my oily skin for most of the day. Works wonderful, doesn't have overwhelming smell but does have a scent to it. Gets the job done at a good price, like it way better than other setting sprays

This is supposed to help keep your make up stay on. It doesn’t work on me.

I really wanted to give the Setting Spray a good amount of time before I review it just to make sure that I had a good grasp on the product.What I really do enjoy about this spray is actually the smell. The smell is great! I don't mind spritzing this stuff onto my face every single morning and the fact that there's nothing harmful or artificial in it makes it even better. I also appreciate the pump, no matter how silly that sounds. I've purchased many products where the pumps would start to break down on you after the first couple initial sprays and I had to purchase another pump just to use the product. I also appreciate how evenly distributed the product comes out.Upon the recommendations provided in an email that I received after putting in this order, I do spritz this onto my face right after I come out of the shower and find that it's very hydrating. However, when I use this in combination with my makeup, I don't always get the same effect.In combination with my more hydrating foundations, such as my Makeup Forever HD or the Maybelline Dream Mousse, I found that the spray adds a nice glow afterwards but that's only because I don't set my makeup with a powder and these foundations are already very hydrating. For days when I do use a powder, such as the Mac powder foundation, the spray doesn't actually do anything for me. I don't feel like it hydrates my skin and gets rid of the cakey makeup look. I also don't find that it sets my makeup any faster than the usual setting time.I've tried to experiment with the setting spray on many different occasions as well. I've sprayed this stuff onto my face after each makeup application and found that that does somewhat help but I've also found that I'm using up more of the product than I intend to.I've come to conclude that while this setting spray does smell great, is cruelty-free and doesn't contain anything harmful for my skin, the product itself just doesn't work for my dry skin type. I will continue to try other products of the line and hope that I find something that I can call my holy-grail.

I like this setting spray but I will say that the picture of the model holding it gives the illusion that is a large bottle like the size of a pump hair spray bottle. It is not. So there is a little trickery in the advertising but the spray is still nice. It has a great scent. I can't say that it keeps your makeup on that long as today is the first day I've worn it. I will update my review later with this information. Not sure only 4oz is worth the price tag but we'll see. I'm trying to find a nice substitute for Urban Decay or MAC because I refuse to pay those prices for a spray. Still on the search.

I really like this setting spray! I've never really used one before but it works great! I love in NC so it's been so hot and muggy this summer and I'm so over it. I've noticed that if I forget to apply my setting spray, I can tell at the end of the day that my makeup didn't stay on as well as if I had remembered to apply the spray! Very hydrating as well! I use my Nerium day and night cream mix as a primer and once that has dried, I like to spray a little of the setting spray on before applying my makeup and after applying my makeup!I love my Nerium as well so check me out at [...] and send me an email! I purchased this from Glam Essentials via Amazon, and the vendor is terrific. They are quick to respond to emailed questions. However, the product itself did not really work for my purposes. I believe, even though it doesn't say it specifically in the product description, that this is intended for use over a powder The bottle itself says "mineral" but, I think any powder. Using it over a self setting liquid foundation (Dior Capture totale) did nothing to increase resistance to rubbing off. I really was just looking for a way to get my eyebrow makeup to stay better, as the foundation itself is really pretty great in that aspect. Hello Cutie did not keep my eyebrow pencil (MAC Spiked) in place any better than not using it, and made my face shinier than I care for. It was good about not accentuating wrinkles, just didn't work for why I bought it. As for my eyebrows, I've ordered a sealer specifically intended for this purpose, (Model in a Bottle Long Lasting Eyebrow Sealer) but have not received it as yet. FYI, the Hello Cutie has a scent reminiscent of Bazooka bubble gum! The fragrance does not linger. Hope this is helpful.

Today was my first day of using this product, and I must say I am IMPRESSED. I have never heard of this before but after eyeing it for a couple months, I finally gave in and got it. I am not disappointed! It goes on in a fine mist and as soon as it hits my skin, I honestly feel so refreshed, and it finishes my makeup amazingly! I had it on all day and my skin wasn't oily at all, which is a pretty amazing feet since I have extreme oily skin. Unlike other reviewers on here, I did NOT get this product free for a "honest" review or did I get a discount. I paid 100% full price (I wish I could get free products for reviews though!). :) Anyway, if you are like me and are unsure, JUST BUY IT! I have to say it is better than MAC and Urban Decay setting sprays. I think I found a winner in this one!
