I have had these headphones for over a month and I have to say that I am not impressed. When I received the package it was missing the Type-C USB charging cable. I also found that when I connected the headphones to my phone the volume would immediately go to the highest settings. This has occurred every time I connect the headphones via Bluetooth.Furthermore, for a period of time, I believed the headphones were broken as they would connect to my phone but no sound would come out. This is even after I reset the Bluetooth pairing. However, now they have suddenly worked again.To conclude, whilst I may have received a defective product; it is unlikely that I will buy this item again.

The parcel arrived intact the box inside was damage and open this is a gift so no happy also I tried them and one side was working and then stop working. I wish to return them .

In addition, the charging case can also charge the phone.I am relly happy with this wireless headphones!

They’re great except you can easily lose them. I tried all three different size liner but they keep coming off. It’s ok if I wear a woolly hat or a headband to keep them in place, otherwise they keep dropping off. I got mine as a present.

Whilst these started out ok, after less than a couple of week’s use, the left earphone stopped working and would only switch on when in the charging box. The sound quality was ok for me and they were comfortable in my ears but that’s all pointless when they don’t work.

Bought these 2 days ago arrived today. I've gotta say I'm so impressed with the product. They work wonders they cancel out background noise which is amazing i wear them around work. And with them being wireless aswell you have no wire in your way. The charging pod is small and easy to store. Can carry it around in its little bag 🎒 it comes with. Really impressed

Perfect for keeping noise levels low when I'm awake and my spouse is asleep, and great for doing chores so I'm not tethered to a phone or mp3 player while working on things. Bluetooth can get a little spotty if you're not right next to whatever's playing, but that's to be expected.

Very poor sound quality, almost no bass, and they are not very loud, I guess they made them this way to extend battery life. Otherwise they fit well, I like that they're small in size. Build quality is good as well. I would only consider recommending these if you're listening to audiobooks during workouts.
