PowerBlock Elite EXP Expansion Kit, Compatible Only After Stage 1 Purchase

Love these!! I basically have a full set of dumbbells with a quarter or less of space. As a former college athlete, i need the weights but i don’t want these items to take over my living space. Exceptional quality! I hope that they possibly add a little more options to the 120 lbs range!

Good quality product. I’ve had the original PowerBlocks set up to 70lbs for a few years and have gotten a lot of good use out of them. Took a gamble with this newer version for the expansion up to 90lbs. As mentioned by others and visible in the photos the 2020 version sticks up a little higher, but fits fine otherwise and is totally usable to get stronger. If you’re goal is to show them off but not lift heavier then go to the PowerBlock site directly and wait a few months for the other version to be available.

Better than expected. Great product and easy to use

Awesome adjustable dumbbells! Can’t recommend them highly enough. I bought all three stages giving me 90 pound adjustable dumbbells. My only concern is that the spacers you use to adjust them are made of plastic so I’m not sure how long they’ll hold up, BUT you can buy new ones on their website for $20 so I think they’re worth it. 5 stars!

*UPDATE* I REACHED OUT TO POWER BLOCK DIRECTLY AND THEY DID NOT HESITATE TO REPLACE THE FAULTY PARTS IMMEDIATELY. REALLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Purchased the largest upgrade, which was seventy to ninety pounds, and it is essentially unusable. Either the sixty pound block from the smaller upgrade or one of the 70-90lb weights was not made or finished correctly?And you cannot separate them. You can use the weights just fine up to fifty pounds and then you can use ninety pounds, but any weight in between you cannot separate them. Super disappointed I don't have the box anymore and would love to have a replacement. As you can see, there are chips and parts of the finish missing also. These WERE my favorite part of my home gym. Will update my review if they reach out to correct the issue.

This one is true to description- this is the third stage of the power block elite exp 2020 made in China version. There’s no height difference with these as older posts were saying because of a wrong product description or lack of understanding on amazons part. Only Fits after you buy the first two stages as the spacing between plates is further out to nest the first and second stages. It only goes up to 90lbs each dumbbell after you have the first 2 stages. It fits well no crazy gabs or anything. One of the weights had a very slightly more gap than the other so I can hear the jangle on some lifts but not a big deal at all. If truth be told this is an expensive 20lb each expansion- but you’re buying into the elite expansion series so it is necessary. I decided to get these to finish the set. I can’t press or curl 90lbs (total 180lbs) but I think I’ll be farmer walking or suit case walking these in time. I have recently farmer walk 70lbs each dumbbell- I hope to work my way up to 90lbs each hand on the farmers And hope to deadlift dumbbell the total 180. I’m a bit wary of the deadlift cuz of lower back I am 53 and weigh 120lbs. The expansion set came in a big amazon box and also it’s own powerblock box. The power block box was inside a big Amazon but with very little “stuffing” to keep it from shifting and tumbling inside the amazon box. The amazon box on the side was a little torn but held up by the tape on the box opening. Inside the power block box looked beat up. It is nested into stryofoam to keep damage and shifting of the weights which were individually plastic wrapped. The styrofoam is beat up and cracked and broken. But the weights themselves were not damaged so the styrofoam did it’s job well. I’m glad I completed the set and hope the entire set lasts 2-3 lifetimes.

They fit the correct power blocks and increased my weight.

Doesn’t fit the U90 older powerblock set.

Now really much to say it really adds the extra weight and build quality is nice
