When my previous lap top broke. Bought this with windows 10 pro loaded my stuff from the old computer. The new one works very well better than the old one

I was well impressed with this laptop. It was easy to set up and it is working beautifully. The bonus for me was that it had a CD-Rom as many other new laptops don't have it that item any more.

The PC worked well enough, though not spectacularly, for 1 year 9 months, and then the storage drive failed, and it won’t boot any more. I’m very disappointed to have it last such a short time

Sadly the computer died during a Zoom call. Amazon straightway offered to replace it but as I had put all my data on it I decided to go to the supplier for a repair. Both Mesh and Lenovo were very pro active getting the repair done and it was returned to me fully working and without any loss of data within 5 daysWell done...I would buy another if I needed to

it arrived early, well packed. clear instructions and easy to set up.

Can barely run web browser. Worked for a few months then the screen broke black and white flickers static.

The battery doe's NOT last 5hrs plus, mine is supposed to be brand new, if that was the case, why is mine only lasting up to 2 hrs? CRAP, seller not responding to return for refund.

as a couple of OAPs who have only had desktops for the last decade it was surprising how quickly usable this computer became would recommend wholeheartedly.
