I bought my daughter a tablet for her birthday. Before the case arrived in the mail, she dropped it and cracked the screen the first day. The crack was so bad the screen wasn’t even functional.I had never replaced a screen before, but found a YouTube video showing the process, and I ordered this screen hoping it would work. The screen came in faster than expected, it had all of the repair tools, it was priced very reasonably, and looks great. I wanted to try it out before I installed it to make sure I bought the correct model. The sellers were very friendly and helped me through the process as we emailed back and forth a couple of times.I would highly recommend this product and these sellers.

Accidentally broke the touch panel on my K10. Ordered this kit hoping I could do the fix with very little experience. I looked up a YouTube tutorial to guide me, and it was very easy! The replacement comes with all the tools you need to do the replacement. No complaints whatsoever!

I had a few issues with getting the tablet apart to replace the touch screen, but when I did, the new one I received from Amazon fit perfectly and works like new. Great product if you have the ability to follow a YouTube video on how to replace it yourself.Hope this helps you

When my son drop his tablet and broke the screen, I was happy to see they had a simple replacement screen for it. I received it quickly. With the tools provided. Pulling it apart and replacing the screen was a breeze. I highly recommend this product because it has accessible replacement parts and Its fairly easy to "do it yourself" repair.

I didn't know. This item came broken. I was very un happy . I would like a new one but I guess it would need to be insured to get a replacement or refund.

Okay. I just gotta say first off. Definitely refer to the other reviews with tips on installing this. Helps wonders. 2nd. I know you don't have many choices for screens as this was one of my only decent options, so lemme give it to your straight. My husband is in IT, building computers, rebuilding phones and tech is his thing. He went through the tedious process of replacing our sons tablet screen with this and when he went to gently push it in as is the last step. It very easily cracked rendering the whole thing useless again. He lost it. I ended up having to order our son another tablet. So just a PSA. You're rolling the dice with this one. Attempt it, possibly waste 20$ and about an hour of your time only to end up fustrated and upset, or just bite the bullet and get another dang tablet.

i ended up opening the case which i possibly did not HAVE to do, rather than just worked the hair dryer trick to remove the very top 'bezel' (as someone called it - the glass on a wristwatch), which is the thing you're replacing -for the K10, 3 tricks not every tutorial mentions:1. to open the shell completely, there's a screw to remove under the little door hiding the microSD ports, or you'll crack it badly forcing it off.2. make sure you're knowledgeable about removing the cellophane ribbon cable and then INstalling it again - there's a small locking mechanism that clamps down on it in an odd way, kinda like one of those resealable beer bottle wire corking mechanisms.3. don't forget you must REBOOT the tablet to find out if it works - it's a new piece of hardware, see?i thought i'd screwed up something during my fumbling while trying to get the ribbon cable to stay in place. but once i rebooted, boy i was happy.it's doable, be patient.or spend another 125 for a new one, ha.

My son put his knee through his tablet - he was distraught. We planned to have him pay for a new tablet, but once we did some research, we realized only the touch screen needed to be replaced. We ordered this part and it came quickly and with all the tools we needed. I followed an instruction video on youtube. It requires some dexterity and skill to remove, but we were able to do it and the tablet was fixed. He was my best friend, for at least a couple days. This product was great and I highly recommend.
