Excellent! Purchased as a gift for a fellow fountain pen lover and I was really impressed with how nice this was when it arrived! Very well packaged, quality of the build is great without being overly expensive. Giftee agrees it's a wonderful choice for anyone who has multiple pens. Highly recommend as it's not too big, but it fits many pens of different sizes.

Excellent 60 pen display storage box. Box was smaller than expected but is a perfect size. Box is well constructed and finished. Exceptional value. Drawers pull all the way out and can be removed if desired. You can also open them about 90% out and the drawer doesn't fall out. I have some very large pens and they fit fine with no rubbing of pens when opening or closing drawer. I had no problem whatsoever in using the drawer pulls either opening or closing the drawers. My fingers/hands are small though. If someone has very large fingers you can always grip the drawer sides with both hands to pull open. Personally, I'm glad the door pulls are close to the front of the drawer because it makes the box look better. Would definitely buy again. And I'm picky. One of my best buys on Amazon.

This Ebony Wood Display case is absolutely beautiful. I bought it to put my expensive ergonomic crochet hooks in and they fit perfectly. The two drawers open and close nicely and the gray lining is really nice. It will definitely be a nice display case that I can put my crochet hooks in and leave them displayed and knowing they won’t get damaged. This is a good price for the display box. Other places selling the exact same display case want almost double the money. Buy the case you won’t be disappointed. Just make sure to measure whatever you plan on putting in it to make sure they fit. It was also packaged very well. I am more than happy with it.

What is there to say? After over 50 years in business, I have pens lying all over the place that date back to the '60s and '70s to the present. Some of those writing instruments, 20-30 odd pieces I'm guessing to date I thought cost a ton at $15 in those days with the occasional $45 extravaganza received as a business gift. Today those old pens sell as antiques for hundreds of dollars several are worth thousands so, my wife bought one of these boxes to put them in and set it on the shelf behind my desk. I love it.

When I first shopped around for a fountain pen display case, I unfortunately went with a cheaper box…and ai immediately regretted it. It looked nice on the outside, but it was clearly shoddy workmanship with drawers not actually fitting in the slots and making the case look like a Jenga puzzle. Thankfully this ebony display case is exactly what the description states: beautiful, well made, stylish and functional. I love it. I went with the 20 pen case instead of the 30 only because I’m trying to keep my pen collection under control. 😁 So grateful I found this case.

First, the overall item is excellent and the quality seems very good, as well. The item arrived packaged very well and is exactly as described. I purchased a version of this about a year ago but wasn't able to use it for it's original intended use. I repurchased it this year as I have a new / intended use for it. It arrived and will work great! The only negative I can call attention to is that the light lining had many yellow stains throughout. I believe that they may be glue stains, as glue often yellows over time. However, with pens atop the liner, they won't be visible and thus, I chose to keep it anyway. Overall, I think this is a safe purchase.

Honestly, I was expecting an average quality product. Boy was I surprised. Not only was it perfectly boxed and wrapped to ensure its safe arrival, but this box was of excellent quality. The drawers moved smoothly and fit perfectly in the outer box. The hardware was heavy duty and excellent quality. I will be purchasing another one of these boxes soon to hold the rest of my collection. Probably one of the best purchases from Amazon in my experience.

I wanted a case to display my hooks as they are so pretty and this worked perfectly (10 slots) only this size though not the one (20 or 30 slots) with the drawers as the drawer dimensions are smaller and won’t fit the hooks. The case is built well and sturdy it has a little weight too it but I love how my hooks look in it so worth it.

What can I say, I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. Although a little apprehensive due to it coming all the way from America, damages, etc… delivery was less than a week. Extremely well packaged and when fully unwrapped, I was presented with a solid, weighty, quality pen case. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again if the need arose. I have a few larger pens in my collection which it accommodates easily. Attention to detail is superb and no manufacturing issues anywhere. I'm so pleased with this item and look forward to adding more pens to this Fountain Pen Black Ebony Wood Pen Display Case!

I liked that it was real wood and had a capacity of thirty pens. I use it to store my collection of gold-nibbed pens, of which I have twenty-four. It easily holds my largest pen (a Montblanc 146) and I am confident it will not damage any of them. It's very easy to access a particular pen. It looks like a serious piece of furniture on my desk.
