Got Lucky on First Buy
I needed a "basic" recumbent bike at a reasonable price. This bike was within my price range. Pros: fast delivery, nicely packed and boxed in perfect condition, no holes or dent whatsoever. Very easy set up, instructions was layed out from step 1-6. Screws packed neatly in each zip lock labeled step1, step2, until step 6. Very easy to follow and not get mixed up. One person can do the assembly. I opted not to install the hand/pulse bar since I did not need it and it just takes up space. So far so good, I'm starting to use this. There is another similar bike from the same manufacturer at $219, it must be the same bike but I got the lower priced one at $209.99.Overall, does the job I needed. Let's see after few months if it holds up. I think it will.

Best Recumbent Bike
I ordered this bike< and instantly fell in love with it. My husband had no problems assembling it, it took maybe an hour. My first ride was amazing. I had an OLD recumbent bike, that finally broke, and what a blessing it was, HUGE difference from what I had, to what I got!!! Recommend for all ages!!!

Seems nice and solid / easy to assemble
I was able to assemble to unit in less than an hour. I really liked that the nuts/bolts were divided into packets labeled for each step. That helped a lot. The only issues were that you can't tell which wires for the pulse are right or left, but it probably doesn't matter. It was also difficult to pull the The unit seems very solid and well made and is very quiet! I also bought this for my elderly mother to use and she says that without shoes the pedals hurt her feet. They are a bit rough. So far I'm pretty happy with the unit.

just right!
I cant say enough good. It took a minute to put together. There is a lapse in the instructions on how to get to the harness to plug in the wiring part. Taking out the the hour that we struggled with that, it was together in about 45 minutes! In this time of staying at home and living on a fixed income now - well it is a welcome addition. We have it facing out the picture window where we watch birds an other city 'critters'.

Great for 5' 1"-6' humans in our family.
This recumbent exercise bike works great for us while we are quarantined. My partner is 6' and I'm 5'1" and it's accessible for both of us, no problem. It's comfortable and easy to assemble for two people. He's the main assembler, I'm the parts person (& the brains..haha). I haven't tried the tension adjustment because I'm going for endurance, not strenuous exercise. So far, my top time is forty minutes on setting 7 out of 8, so tension can't be set too high on ours (assembly error?) & it was comfortable. Would recommend!

Great workout in small space
This was a gift and it is a HIT. It is compact and provides a great workout. My daughter is 4'11" and this is perfect for her. It actually "hides" behind her couch. She loves it.

Great bike!!
This is amazing! Being some who who works out 5 plus days a week this is going to be a key part of my cardio training! Highly recommend. Just the wires were confusing being they didn’t have numbers on them so don’t know if I got them connected right but use my Apple Watch anyways! Love this bike so far!!

Horible Experience
I received the bike on 8/14 and had it assembled. I got on it to test it and could not peddle it. The tension was too high and there was no way to change it. The tension button did not work. I am 78 y.o. and handicapped and need this bike for exercise. I emailed Maxkare (Clover-US) about the issue and they sent me a video on how I could fix the problem which means taking the bike apart. According to them the problem was inside the casing where the pedals are attached. Where did they not read that I was handicapped and can't stand or bend down. Besides this is a "new" bike. Also the backrest was ripped and dirty. It looked like it was used. I kept going back and forth and then they suggested that I hire someone to fix it and they would pay for it, but I would have to let them know the price first. I have never seen such horrible customer service. After six weeks everything is resolved, but Amazon had to step in. Finally I received my refund and I asked them to pick pick it up and they said no that I should donate it.. I told them It's broken! They told me that I can keep the product. They totally washed their hands of me. This bike was sitting in my home for six weeks!! This is unacceptable. Amazon also had problems communicating with these people. Nobody whether handicapped or not should go through this. I suggest not buying from these people. Amazon gave me some advice. Do not purchase from 3rd. party sellers; Just products sold and shipped from Amazon. I ordered another recumbent bike (Not Maxkare) and I received it yesterday, I'm having it assembled o Tuesday.Helen
