Great dumbbells. I’ll be strong after using these. And easier to hold than my last ones which were lighter yet bulkier.

What to say ?? Well the dumbells are as you would expect from this brand and probably all similar others.What I found a problem is the ordering procedure/ description...I thought I was ordering 2 x 4kg imagine my surprise when 2 x 4 LBS turn up !! What I actually wanted and thought I was getting was twice the price !My mistake ? Well can't rule it out although I do order quite a bit from Amazon and do not usually mess it up. Still manged to find somebody in the family who could use them.Be extra careful upon ordering actual weight that you require and if it seems too cheap then it probably is.

Love these weight, I brought 2kg weights, and use these to do my jillian michaels workout dvds will be definitely buying these in different sizes. They have got a good grip on them, good for doing plank workout with the weights.

Great dumb bells. Nice surface on them, so easy to grip, even when hands are a bit sweaty. Great weight as well, not too light, but can feel muscles working after about 10reps.

Nice colour easy to hold for a great workout.
