Good value for money
Unfortunately supplied with an incorrect mains lead, I had a suitable one in stock myself so problem solved without having to return the goods.Monitor works perfectly.Very good value for money

A nice monitor (but it's not black)
I wanted a matching monitor for the one that I already had. The original monitor was black, and the new one looked black on the screen, but actually turned out to have a dark grey stand, although the screen itself was black.Hence, they are not a matching pair. On the other hand, the quality of the new monitor is much better than the original, and I can live the grey stand. When you're using the screens, you don't look at the stand.

Heavily scratched and power cable fault
The media could not be loaded. Cosmetic scratches, it is sold as reconditioned but they are very noticeable. The power lead also cuts power if it's even slightly knocked. I suppose that's why it's the price it is.

There's was an issue with the product but the issue as resolved very quickly and effectively. Great service.

Excellent value for money - couldn't fault it
I was advised by the guy who repairs my PC equipment to replace my previous monitor which appeared not to work. Hence, I ordered your brilliantly refurbished Dell monitor. This one also did not provide a screen picture. However, just on a whim I played about with the VGA cable and managed to occasionally get a response on the monitor. Upon changing the VGA cable for a new one(Amazon!), everything came back to normal! I reconnected my previous, extremely expensive Dell monitor and it worked fine. In fact the monitor screen appeared clearer than before. Therefore ,I am returning the 'Amazon' purchased monitor for a refund. I fully commend this refurbished monitor - brilliant value for money.

Great monitor
Ordered the refurbished monitor rather than pay full price. Monitor is perfect one slight mark on base that’s all will be ordering another 1 soon as they come back in
