The 2 pack has 2 fleet bottles the other box has 4.

The description says 4 Count | Pack of 6. Does this mean you'll receive 6 boxes with 4 enemas in each box?

If they are 4.5 oz each - I think it means 2 in each box not 4? Correct?

How many come with this? It says 36, but reviewers have said 16 & 4

Amazon can cause confusion by mixing reviews. A pack of six boxes each of which contains 4 enemas provides a total of 24 enemas.
