Great bench, tall but I love the extra features!
I love this bench and find it a great addition to my basement gym. I am a 5’6” female and found the leg extension, curl and preacher pad all fit me well. I was easily able to perform all those exercises without issue or restriction to range of motion. The preacher pad is adjustable in height; I use it on the lowest setting. The bench is tall but this is not an issue for me. It does also come in a ton of pieces but I did not find it difficult to assemble, though I am pretty handy and rather enjoy assembling gym equipment. It is not the thickest or heaviest bench, it’s rather lightweight but sturdy, which I prefer since I move it around my home gym depending on the exercise I am performing. Another reviewer pointed out that there’s a lip in the bar the supports the backrest and can seem like it is properly set when it is not. This is a good point but I don’t find it to be an issue at all, just pay attention when you adjust the bench, which you should be doing anyways if you are moving heavy weight around.

Good for a Beginner Home Gym
Product assembled easy and looks high quality. Easy to adjust to different positions. Comes with an adapter so it fits 1" or 2" plates. For a 250 pound user, it seems sturdy enough for most exercises. My only complaint is that when doing leg curls, the mechanism bottoms out before completing the full range of motion. Kind-of a let down seeing as I bought this bench so I could do leg exercises. However, the mechanism works fine for preacher curls and leg extensions. It'll do the job in my basement gym until COVID-19 is over, but definitely not something I plan to use forever or would recommend for someone trying to build a serious home gym.

Great selection.
This is great. Follow the directions carefully when assembling it, but it’s solid and works great. I get a good leg workout with quad and hamstring exercises, the decline and incline are good for chest and even the pull-up attachment is solid. For the price this is great. I’m short. Have no trouble at all.

This is a toy and not worth the price and set up effort
Metal frame is solid. Assembly easy. Seat, back support, and padding are thin and flimsy. Function is wobbly. Configuration makes curls impossible. Extensions are possible but ineffective due to wobbly function and no height adjustment - feet drag on floor. Back support does not lock and can easily disengage allowing your upper body to drop from seated to full recline unexpectedly. Do not get lured by the price. If you are trying to save money, climb stairs. Otherwise invest in a substantial curl/extension bench or machine.

Like it
This bench is just what we needed for our home gym. Not that hard to put together either. I love the leg extension on this bench, perfect addition for leg day. Overall it’s sturdy and worth the money.

Bought it for it's versatility.
Bought this product due to its diversity. With limited space I wanted a bench that could be used for multiple things: various benching, leg extension, leg curl, and preacher curl. Like many have stated it's a little high, but this wasn't too big of a deal for me (205lbs 5' 10" dude). I like the versatility, but there were various issues with this item. When doing an incline bench press you may slide a little due the seat being too flat. The legs (for a lack of better term) are not flush against the floor, this means it bounces as little when benching. The cushions are a bit flimsy, but is not too bad. This is a bit of an issue on the preacher curl. I fear it won't last long as it bends a bit, but it gets the job done. (This is my favorite thing about this bench) The leg curls/extension is nice, but the cushions for those also leave a lot to be desired. This is manageable though. This item also takes up a bit of space, but this is to be expected. For $150, I would not purchase this item again. It's nice for its versatility, but expect the quality of your workouts to be slightly affected.

Compact and handy
Requires some assembly but is a handy little bench. Using your added weights this little bench lets you do a surprising number of exercises in a small area. The big expensive rack sits neglected out in the shed and this little guy sits in the den ready for use. Love it!

Meets my needs and expectations.
Quite sturdy. Assembly does take a while, but instructions are clear enough. I do recommend having a small set of wrenches or even ratchet/sockets, or it will take even longer. The preacher curl attachment would be easier to swap with a lock pin, rather than the long bolt/knob included, and it does jiggle a bit. A little duct tape will reduce the amount of movement.
