Good Quality Tubing
The product was made of high quality tubing with a door attachment. It was convenient to use for common exercise positions. There is only one band (green band) within the box.

Good product
I use these for boxing resistance to increase punching stamina, so the door wedge is perfect!

Buen producto

Bleeds when wet/warm
I'm a 6 ft, 160 lb fit woman, and this red cord's resistance is too much for me; I generally use the lighter-resistance green cord, instead. Both bands have dripped dye onto my body/clothes/floor, however! The more I'm sweating, the hotter the temperature, the worse the colour bleeds. I have stained some valuable fabrics, and I worry what chemicals might be dripping in the dye...

Dangerous! Don't bother!
I bought the green band a little over a year ago, and have maybe used it 8 times since then. On this last time, I was doing a Pilates workout and it snapped! I have included pictures of my injuries and the stupid band as well. Rest insured, I inspected it completely before using it, because I hate resistance bands and have always been paranoid about them breaking on me! Luckily my injuries aren't serious because I had it on my feet, I hate to think what would've happened if I'd been holding it just in my hands! Either way, it was a waste and I definitely won't be buying this band again and will probably not use a resistance band again for a while!

Make sure to buy the right resistance
This is my second SPRI product that I have bought. I had the blue band and just replaced with the purple. On Amazon Prime Day I got the blue. After much use and making the resistance tighter it started to break at the seam close to the handle. I didn't want to be in the situation, as in past, when it snaps at you during a workout so I replaced it.These units hold up well but if you want to get a better resistance make sure you buy the one that's right for you. Or else you will wind up making a resistance harder out of one not made for that and can wind up breaking it and hurting yourself.

Flawed design ruins a good band
I have the red bands and use it for P90X but these bands I really didn't like for a number of reasons. I'll explain: if you're doing repetitive motions day and day out you need quality equipment and the RED bands were great, but I bought a heavier BLUE AND PURPLE and the bands didn't work as well. Here's why:• The handles were off balanced. The strap to the handle - one side was shorter than the other on both handles. This caused your hands to shift to an awkward angle - like 15 degrees. Long term repetitive motion with biceps curls will tweak your wrists.• This was a major design oversight: The straps to the handle should have been longer, or covered with a tape because as you do curls, it rubs against your arm repeatedly - eventually causing abrasions. The RED band had a longer strap so when you used it it didn't touch your arm or wrist. I'm on the shorter side, but if you're a big person this will rub over and over against your skin.I've been faithfully working out now for 15 years and as much as I want to love these bands, I think SPRI made a mistake on the design of this.c.

Pleasantly Surprised
I ordered the blue with the door attachment. It has the perfect amount of resistance for upper body work out. It is secure in the door. I also used it for lower body and it again performed very well. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the handle covers are hard plastic tubes that roll independently of the cloth handle so when your hands rotate during a move, there is no slippage or friction on your palms. I am very pleased for this price point.

fine for resistance training
I have been using these bands for years. They are well made, fine for resistance training, take up almost no space, and can easily be taken on a trip. The red (Medium) band was a fine band to start with for me. I was in my 50s and had not done any strength training before. You can easily adjust the resistance of a band so that you reach muscle exhaustion between 5 and 10 repetitions. For the exercises where you stand on the band, simply stand on the band with both feet with a slack portion of the band between your feet. This lets you adjust the amount of band that is stretched when you exercise. For the exercises using a door jam, you can pre-stretch the band by stepping away from the door. You can get consistent resistance amounts by counting foot widths of slack band and foot lengths of pre-stretch.I bought the purple (Very Heavy) when finally found that I could not pre-stretch the green (Heavy) band enough to use it for one of the door-jam exercises.
