I wouldn't say the brightness is too great when the bulb is colored, even at 100% bright. But the daylight setting is pretty good for not being the same as daylight bulbs I prefer. The installation was pretty easy once I realized the lightswitch had to be off before putting the light in my ceiling , and the pairing was fairly easy with my Alexa as well. I do like how you can adjust not only color but brightness although it doesn't seem to do much when adjusting brightness (just a little change). But I would still recommend this product as once installed it is easy to use.

I bought these for the color option only as I hate white light. Unfortunately, my ceilings are about 12-feet tall and the bulbs in color mode are not that bright even on the highest setting. The app is easy to use and I only had to reprogram it once. If I had lower ceilings and the color was brighter these would be 5-star and my house would be FULL of them!ps. These may technically produce "16 Million colors" but only about 10 are visible to the human eye.

I am starting to venture into making a lot of things smart in my house and this was a great way to start. Economical, simple and plenty of online help if needed. NO HUB being key to use just from your phone or smart speaker.

Couldn’t get that to connect to my phone

This was probably the easiest install that I could have done. One thing to make sure of is the use the 2.4G wifi as it does not connect to 5G wifi. That being said, it was an easy install and the color brightness when the color is set to White is really bright. Other colors other than white is not as bright but given the amount you pay this is acceptable. Its not -8 in my town and the light is still functioning normal. Amazing!

This bulb is a pain in the ass, it disconnects and is very difficult to connect again. The instructions are brutal and it only works of certain WiFi frequencies. It's been nothing but frustration and if I could get my money back at this point, I would. GARBAGE

Easy to install and colors work well. Only issue is that I found it difficult to assign a bulb to a particular place in my home.

got here on time and installed well, easy to setup but I've done this before. has 2 different type of whites, so if you plan on getting some of these, make sure they're the same bulb, i got 1 of these, and a standard bulb by LE lampux and the white on the standard is different then this one, so there's always a "white sinc" in a sense, don't think that's a thing but i think it should lol. overall. very happy with this bulb, probably going to buy more.

Would randomly turn off. Outside light switch must remain on and if someone turns it off the lights need to be reprogrammed again.
