Holes drilled in wrong place made it hard to assemble and is sketchy now it is built. It suits its purpose but is not exactly sturdy which has an impact on comfort, the constant creaks make sitting on it for too long a nerve wracking affair.Don't even get me started on the footrest, I ended up taking it off cause it was next to pointless, I couldn't find a comfortable position where the footrest aided my comfort.All in all I bought a chair cause like many I needed a home office very quickly. I thought I'd treat myself to a, what I thought would be, a nicer chair I could use for gaming afterwards.I'm not satisfied, but theres little I can do.

This chair was really good. Nice and comfortable, the footrest is a bit of a gimick I feel, it wasn't the most comfortable for me in any position and I didn't really trust it to hold the weight of my legs (I weigh 99 kg). Unfortunately, the chair started to creak 3 weeks after assembly and it got really really bad. I contacted the seller who was most helpful in sending out replacement parts for the chair. I assembled the chair again but after a couple of weeks the chair started to creak again and once again the seller was really helpful and provided full support to resolve the issue. Unfortunately I did not want to have further parts sent out to me for further assembly so the seller offered to refund and return the chair. I am sure it was just my chair that turned out faulty, all the other reviews are really good and the seller is very helpful so you can buy in confidence.

This chair is not worth your time, I have owned this chair for less than 5 months and it has already broken. I was excited to finally own a comfortable gaming chair, however the foot rest is very wobbly and the chair it’s self is not sturdy at all. After 5 months of barely any use I have found the welding underneath has snapped making the chair dangerously weak and wobbly. It was a shame as the chair itself was comfortable and looked great. Be careful when purchasing.

After a few months, the armchair ... broke. One email to the manufacturer - they offered spare parts. I waited two weeks as promised. Parts did not arrive. I asked for a refund and it was delivered quickly.The chair was good, although it squeaked when changing position. In my opinion, it may be good for the price, for kids or teenagers. I'm 90kg in weight and maybe that's too much for this chair.

The seat is comfy and reclines nicely. It needs to be able to lift a higher for a more comfortable typing position.The extending leg support is a great idea but feels a little flimsy and I feel as if it'll bend/break under the weight of my (normal sized) legs.Edit: After 3 weeks one of the legs gave way causing the chair to collapse backwards. I've bee offered a replacement but I'd rather have a refund to buy a sturdier product. Adjusted star rating from 3 to 1 as a result.

OK so bought this for an Xmas present. Was delivered very quickly went to build it on Xmas morning for my son and couldn't believe it, the bolts that were supplied to build it didn't fit. Contacted seller Xmas morning, they replied that day, posted out new bolts which arrived on the 30th December. New bolts were perfect and the chair could be fully assembled. Now I'm a realistic guy and appreciate that this wasn't ideal but I can't fault the seller for getting the issue resolved as quickly as they did considering the time of year. Fair play to them which is why I've still given 5 stars even with the small hick up of bolts not fitting. In the end my son loves the chair which is all that matters to me. Relatively easy to build with everyone's favourite Allen key bolts lol. Can't really comment on reliability as it's just new but for what my son needs I can see there being any major problems.

Bought early for my sons Xmas present, when coming to assemble on the day, one of the threads inside the seat that connects with the arm was just spinning round, therefore had to find a different solution to get it to build, not the tightest arm but my son seems happy. There was also a slight rip to the seat pad on the right side, some kind of damage whilst packaging maybe. But again, nothing we can do and certainly aren’t sending back, will have to glue together.We have another gaming chair that we paid a little bit more for for our other son and that one is by far the better quality, sometimes it’s worth just paying that little bit for more things. Still our son is happy which is the main thing.

This is a real sturdy and pretty chair, everything feels really solid once you put it together. I would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a nice gaming chair for playing games or watching films or even working from your computer. I had really bad back problems with my last chair, but this one I have no issues what so ever. Great quality for the price. The instructions are really easy to understand and it took me around 20 minutes to fully set this up. 10/10
