At start of taking- 6', 188lbs, athletic build but wanting to lose just a few pounds and help my circulation (might also mention I have Crohns for people with IBS) Day 1 - 3 a day one at each meal Result - warmth in my body(not scary) and fire poopy(I made it though) appetite reduced quite a bit, ate way smaller portions and felt satisfied Day 2 - 3 a day one at each meal Result - warmth in body (not scary) and bad gas....I mean bad. Appetite staying reduced and still satisfied with smaller portions feeling like I am full faster Day 3 - Day 10 - 3 a day one at each meal Result- height 6', weight 180. (Lost 8lbs) warm feeling comes and goes, no more gas or fire anus. Staying more full with less. Almost instant results. Going to stay on them because I see progress. Side note, I am a high energy, fast paced worker, I do new construction plumbing, so my results are based on being active at the same time as taking these. I do not work out in a gym or on home equipment. At 30, I started to gain weight, from 170lbs up to 188/190lbs for last 7 years I have stayed up in that 188lbs range (38 now). We take this once daily. It is amazing for your metabolism and energy. Additionally, my husband and I have found it helps with stomach problems (helps keep away ulcers, or indigestion). If you take it and have an exercise plan, it will do wonders for the weight loss. I've tried the garcinia whatever, berberine, slim quick, etc. and none have worked as well as taking one of these. Between one Cayenne a day, and working out four times per week, I literally lost 5 pounds without trying or restricting my diet. I feel great, have energy, and do not get tired at the end of the day. I usually take it mid-morning or mid-afternoon with a snack. As with all natural items, some pills may be hotter than others, but having some water near by usually soothes it. Also, I do not like "hot" things - spicy foods, etc. This is not hot in your mouth or your stomach. If you get a hot one, it feels like slight heartburn, but it does dissipate with drinking water.

This has some real health benefits with regard to blood circulation, cholesterol levels, and helps to manage weight. I recommend that you take this with food in your stomach to prevent irritation. It's a good product but it's probably not for everybody because some people will not tolerate it.

By warned, I mean WARMED! For those of us that have more sensitive stomachs and aren't crazy about eating ghost chile peppers or covering everything we ingest with cayenne pepper seasoning, take this product with caution. I first like to say that cayenne pepper as a tea or supplement is amazing for the body, did you know cayenna pepper tea can stop a heart attack in 30 seconds if ingested in time? I definitely feel the energy building in my body after I take this supplement and can say that it has significantly helped my digestive tract. Now, both my boyfriend and I take 1 capsule a day since we already take a multivitamin, garlic, green tea, acai, cod liver oil and bee pollen complex. When my boyfriend takes this supplement he experiences no discomfort, it only makes his gas smelly...but they may also be because we've only recently started taking this supplement. Now, when I started taking this stuff, for the first 30 minutes or so I couldn't move, I had firey pain radiating and swirling about in my stomach. I noticed the pain was far more extreme when I ingested the pill in the morning, with a full stomach of food. I now take it in the evenings and though the pain is still there, I like the supplement enough to percever. I read it way just be that I should only take half a pill, but it's whatever, hopefully my stomach will get used to it and toughen up. My stomach is by far the most sensitive organ, anything it doesn't like, I'mm either rolling around with pain or it sends it straight back up! Overall, the pain for me sucks, but worth it and will definitely be repurchasing!!!

I have had peripheral neuropathy causing pins and needles sensations in my feet at night which make it hard to sleep. These capsules have worked wonderfully, even better than lidocaine cream. One capsule after breakfast is usually all that I need, and occasionally an additional capsule after dinner. I recommend this product highly.

I have been reading all the health benefits about C pepper and I must say I'm very impressed but when I took this pill it took my heart rate to an extreme level and I did not like it at all !!.. It burned like crazy and I felt really flush and faint and sweaty and I had to immediately take some black activated charcoal to absorb the pepper because it was just too strong if you Google how much Cayenne pepper you're supposed to take daily it's between 30 mg and 130 mg but one pill contains 450 mg and I did not know that and it's way too strong. I took one pill with food. It would be 5 stars if it were only 100mg. Why so much?? GOOGLE how much Cayenne pepper you can.take in one day. 450 × 3 times a day is way way way to strong .. Just be careful!!! Almost had to call 911 . I'm 29 and healthy! Love spicy food. But damnn.. this stuff scares me So now I have to take 60 to 70 % of the pepper out of the capsule.

These work very well and I take them daily. I usually take them at night before bed. I try to take them with a little something in my stomach to avoid the burning. The pills are easy to swallow and help contain the spicy taste of the cayenne for the most part.

万年冷え性で、どの季節でも足先が冷たいほどです。 季節は冬。足先の冷たさもかなりのもので、一時的にストーブの前で暖めたりしてました。 あまりレビューはありませんでしたが、 カプサイシン含有量が上限値に近かったので試してみました。 カプセルは日本のとは違い大きめなので正直毎回飲みづらいですが、朝晩と食後に1個ずつ摂っています。 飲んで30分くらいすると足先がぽかぽかと感じられて、今までに無い経験でした。 日本の極微量のカプサイシンサプリとは違い、ほぼ上限値を含有しているからでしょうか。 冷え性の私でも効果があったので、続けていきたいと思ってます。 日頃から唐辛子を汁物や焼物にかけるタイプなので、普通の人よりは唐辛子を摂っているほうだと思いますが、足先にまで暖かさを感じるのは初めてでした。 レビューを見た冷え性さんにはぜひ試す価値があるとおすすめしますが、 胃が荒れる可能性もあると思うのでまずは1日1個から、タイミングは食後に摂った方が良さそうです。 1日2個で3ヶ月分あり、コスパも良いです。
