Fabulous Shower experience
Love this shower the rainforest head is just brilliant as it drowns you with a waterfall of goodness. And the hose with its multi functional head can blast away on acking bones or massage your body leaving you feel relaxed and refreshed. I highly rate this unit.

A good shower but came broken…
I purchased this to replace a basic mixer bath tap in a new build property. The shower bar mixer sits on top of two risers. To get the shower to sit right, the nuts on the back of the bar should rotate freely. Unfortunately one of the ones in mine had been done up too tight at manufacturer and would not rotate. Aqualisa sent me a new bar mixer but it took a couple of days to sort.I struggled to get a waterproof seal around the base of the risers. The o-ring is a little too thin. I used a fix-a-tap kit and used brass nuts instead of the plastic ones included.The actual shower experience is great. We have good water pressure and a combination boiler (rated for 13l/s). Plenty of power on all settings, even at higher temperatures. I like the handset, it feels robust and has a useful pivoting design to stop the hose getting kinked.

Very Powerful
I'm just a general builder, and I swapped out my old shower to this Aqualisa one in minutes. Brilliant shower

Faulty
The media could not be loaded. It leaked out of the side, from the thermostatic valve. I have a video of it. I took it up with Aqualisa who promised to supply a replacement part if I sent then proof of purchase. I did this just over a week ago and haven't received anything. Since Aqualisa aren't interested I cancelled it with Amazon

Excellent Quality and great temperature control
Very easy to install, good quality product, great temperature control, good flow from overhead, smooth operation for temperature and switching between overhead and hand held unit. There is nothing not to like about it

Rain shower head dribbled when hand shower was used
It is certainly a good quality shower. The hand shower is more powerful than our previous cheap one.The reason for 2 stars is that the rainshower dribbled cold water while taking a shower with the hand-shower. We contacted Aqualisa right away and waited two weeks for an engineer. They changed a part on the shower. It is obviously disappointing that a brand new shower needed to be serviced right away. It's been a week since it's been serviced and it seems like they resolved the issue so far.
