I usually dont write bad reviews, but this has disappointed me more than most bad experiences. THIS FRAME DOES NOT COME WITH THE HEADBOARD, you only get the frame. Maybe I should have read every detail, but this add is incredibly misleading!

NO HEADBOARD! Don’t post the ad with a headboard AND neglect to include the fact that there isn’t a headboard in the main description.

I bought a refurbished item, I think. I got most of the product, but there were some screws and nuts missing. Luckily, I had items that worked to put it together. However, I think I know why this was returned and resold. The head and footboards are supposed to have holes drilled in so you can screw the side rails in. One of those sets of holes is completely missing. No predrilled holes or ability to put in screws to keep the end and side rail together. So I now have books underneath that rail to keep the bed together. And since the screws don't all go in all the way and that part is missing, the rails to support the bed don't all fit from side to side. There's a little wiggle room between side rails. However, it is still sturdy enough that it doesn't move when you crawl into bed. I don't feel uneasy sleeping and thinking it will collapse. Next time though, I'll make sure I buy a new product lol.

super sturdy with easy to follow instructions! it even includes extra hardware in case one gets lost or isn’t packaged, and includes two different tools to use for installation. of the 14 beams provided for support, 5 of them had adhesive strips on one side to help prevent the mattress from sliding on top of the bed frame. this is a very modern, yet simple bed frame and has made having under bed storage a wonderful option :).

This headboard looks simple but it's not. Almost impossible to assemble. Instructions aren't helpful. If I knew this about the product, I wouldn't have purchased it.

The few parts that do come pre-assembled were built incorrectly. Also there is no way of knowing its built incorrectly until its almost completely assembled.
