Amazon refers to 4E (which is on the New Balance label on the shoe's tongue) as Extra Wide, and yes, mw577 comes in 4E. I'm wearing my second pair of 11 4E as I write this. The Amazon size guide can be a tad confusing because you have to scroll down to hidden info at the very bottom to find references to width.
