Brilliant 4GLTE SIM dual band router
Great 4G LTE SIM dual band router! Living in a rural area we could only achieve a maximum of 4Mb/s download 0.9Mb/s upload with BT..!!! Now with this SIM router we achieve speeds of up to 48Mb/s download, 20Mb/s Upload. This is an incredible improvement! If you buy a POT (plain ordinary telephone ), you can plug this into the RJ11 socket on the back of the router which will allow you to use the free call allowance obtained with the SIM card.We use to pay £29.99 for a rubbish BT service with free calls after 7pm weekdays and at the weekends. Now we have unlimited calls 365x24x7.... We now pay £25 a month for unlimited data, unlimited calls and unlimited texts. This is truly a world beating router the fastest I have used. We have terminated our BT contract too.Should you decide to shop around for alternative SIM cards, This Router is unlocked, Three mobile currently have on offer unlimited data, unlimited calls, unlimited text for £16!!!!This product is simply brilliant...!!!!

What’s not to like!
Easy to setup once I figured out the APN settings which I got from the SIM provider. Great for families like mine living in the countryside who are suffering from poor copper&fibre broadband service. My download speeds have gone from 8mbps to 24-30mbps and upload from 1.04Mbps to 18Mbps. This router helped me get there - what’s not to like?

No Broadband contract.
I was moving house into rented until we purchase our next home. This period is indeterminate, I wanted broadband without the contract. I am in a good signal area and I find this device is fine streaming video on one device. it has buffering if two are using large quantities of data. I got an unlimited sim from Smarty 4G £20.00p month, with a rolling monthly contract. I'm using 130 Gig of data a month and am quite satisfied.

Needs significant improvement!
It may appear odd my overall score is one star but five for wi-fi and user interface, there is a good reason for this. The reliability of the mbps speed is dire, and I kid you not, just dire. Also, the router management app is pretty poor too, nowhere near as it should be - shame!
