a scam
I am furious with this company. I contacted them a month before my warranty was up as laptop problems - they said contact manufacturer - fine. The manufacturer ignored me, but it seemed to charge again so I left it. Then it broke down again after the warranty ended and the policy came into effect and they refused to sore it. Despite it then being their responsibility - you will have murder getting help from them - go to someone else. It is a TINY company and really isn't worth using.
