I'm so disappointed!!!! Took over 4 months to get the product and then at the end of a 4-5 hour assembly (the one page set of directions was ridiculous - see photo - and all parts were in a bag unlabeled), I found that the front stabilizer (part #7) is missing and I cannot use the equipment!! I'm hoping they'll send me the part, but I refuse to wait over 4 months for that!! I emailed them today. Will wait to see what they say. The equipment overall seems fairly flimsy. I would not recommend it for any one who weighs more than 120 pounds or lifts any significant amount of weight. Should work for me being a women at 115 lbs doing light weights.UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE I EMAILED THEM ABOUT THE MISSING PART AND IT'S STILL NOT HERE! THEY WERE VERY POLITE IN THEIR CORRESPONDENCE, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PART! THIS IS CRAZY!

My son and I love the weight bench. I only had a problem with the instructions that came with it. The instructions were very difficult to see. The parts and screws that was displayed on instructions was very hard to see. Tiny and hard to decipher which goes where. But we figured it out and put it together . And it’s great. He loves it

It is good although it is a bit difficult to assemble because it does not bring instructions and you have to imagine how to do it. the worst thing about it is that it took two and a half months to send it

I don't remember seeing the dimensions of this product before I purchased it; that was MONTHS ago. Just got it and put it together. Diagram and list of parts. Nothing else. But the biggest problem is that it's tiny! I'm a 5 foot 7 inch woman, and it is just barely usable by me. It's really too small for my son. So sorry I bought this, and waiting the MONTHS to receive this junk.

The media could not be loaded.  This is probably the flimsiest bench I have ever seen. It would work as long as you are in a really cramped space and just want to lift less than 100lbs, otherwise you’re taking a risk of this bench collapsing. The guy in the advertisement must be using foam weights. I found it easy to put together, but I’m pretty handy. The instructions are not the greatest and really small print. They are more of a schematic than instructions. The picture included is the entirety of the instructions.

I recommend assembling it with another person to make it easier and use those tools in the last photo. Your height plays a big factor of your range of motion so just keep mind that you may be too tall for this. I wouldn't recommend this product for someone with an bad shoulder.Update: Keep in mind this may not be suitable for you, but helpful for someone else.You get what you pay for. I did sell this bench to someone else because I was too tall use it comfortably (I'm 5'6 in 1/2). If your looking for an bench set up it better to go the expensive route. Especially if your not an beginner and want to do a lot of weight.Really good costumer services 👍.

Good for the price

Worst bench ever. I could have bought one from Walmart for cheaper and it would have been better quality. Took 4 months to get. It says it can hold over 400lbs. Not even close. This is a standard bench. Very cheap. DO NOT BUY!
