Champagne Opener is Easy to use
The champagne cork catcher is very easy to use, especially when the cork is being stubborn. You just have to be careful not to put your fingers in the opening as that is where the cork pops into with a lot of force. We have two of them and we've given them as gifts and they were a big hit. It's actually fun to use this cork catcher because it amazes our friends at how well it works.

Fast and safe
We've had this in our home bar for a few years but never used it. It was a gift and we actually hadn't thought of pulling it out until a few days ago. Unfortunately, we had no idea how to remove a champagne cork with the solid tool, so we just looked at it for a few minutes. Before we could type into the Google search box, I put it atop the bottle and turned. In a split second, we heard a pop and the cork was lifted from the bottle and securely positioned inside the top area of the tool. It worked just as well on each and every bottle that followed, even removing the stubbornly stuck corks that refused to budge with efforts of a simple human hand.

Incomplete order :(
one item arrived with no cap on the cardboard tube allowing it to flop around in the tube. Not at all impressed when it was intended for a Christmas present. Why send an incomplete item? :(
