Hello there. I bought this bed for my son for Christmas last year and it has totally fallen apart. He is only 12 years old. We have owned it LESS than a year and I’m already having to replace it. I’m very upset about this. I would not waste my money from this company ever again.

I really appreciate the material of this bed. I really do. I have researched and compared so many types of beds and I am just so glad I went forward with this. I have quite severe dust allergies, and upholstered fabric beds are kinda like suicidal things for me. I cannot handle dust that sit on fabric over time. (I cannot even sit on my family fabric/suede couch, unfortunately. ) This bed material is best suited for people with allergies because you can literally just wipe/sanitize the headboard with wetwipes, lysol or clorox. Looks very pretty and feels super nice to touch.

The piece C we received is missing two holes needed for screws insertion. The piece E is displayed for comparison. As a result, we cannot complete the assembly of the bed frame.

Overall a very good bed frame, you do not need mattress box to purchase and your mattress can lay directly on the bed frame which will save some money and you can spend it on taller or higher quality mattress, it will sit much lower to the ground as the bed frame is already pretty low so keep that in mind. Easy assembly unless you’re brain damaged, by yourself you looking at about an hour of easy work

The directions did not help. I followed them, but then the side railings wouldn’t connect, so I had to undo all of it & attach the part to the Side railings first, instead of the headboard & footboard. I noticed that 1 tiny piece of leather was ripped at the corner of the footboard when I unpacked it, but I will just got glue it instead of asking for a new footboard. When put together, it looks very nice.
