Definitely exceeded my expectations! The mug arrived pretty quick, but it was damaged. I contacted the seller, and they were very professional and understanding. They didn't hesitate to make a new one and ship it out.The mug itself looks clean and sleek, then when you add hot liquids, your custom image appears pretty quick. It was a gift for a coworker and he lit up when he saw it! Print is very clear, down to the last detail. It looks pretty amazing when it is changing!Keep in mind, the description says that you might see slight bits of the image as it sits before adding hot liquids. But it did not bother me and I don't think that takes away from the mug. I'll definitely be ordering again to gift to friends and family.

The mug is nice, big and easy to clean. The quality of the pictures is great and does show a little when not full but it’s still good enough for a surprise. Also had a mistake made where I was sent the wrong mug with a different family but the customer service was great, friendly and helpful to the point they acknowledged and sent the correct mug with no problems or delays which was great.

The mug was exactly what I expected, except for the mistake that I made on the custom image. Since it was my mistake, I decided to suck up the cost and order a second one with the corrected image. But, uh-oh... the second mug arrived with the incorrect image printed on it again. With just one quick message to customer service, they realized the error and gladly printed a third mug with the correct image and shipped it to me express.Thank you for going the extra mile! The corrected mug arrived just in time for a very special co-worker's retirement celebration. Thank you, Imprint Today! Your customer service ROCKS!!!

Warning! Picture clearly shows when cold & empty. 0 stars but that's not an option. Tried to contact seller with no response. I've purchased these from another company's with great results but they didn't offer the larger mug size, so tried this company. Clearly an inferior product & no help from the company. This one goes in the trash & I'll order again from the old company in the 12oz size. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This was beautiful and perfect. My boyfriend uses it every day and likes to show it off to people. Even the handle turns white when it is heated up.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this cup as a gift for my significant other. He absolutely loved this it and I agree this is a really cool coffee mug. The company changed up my style because of the print. I was completely ok with that. I have already recommended this company to family members.
