Reaction
I really, really dislike saying this, but I have a sensitity to this product. I'm not saying it it doesn't work, because I had to discontinue use very quickly. My psoraiasis got very inflamed, and itched very bad, which indicated a reaction.

Most effective
I can't comment on thickness because I apply it directly to scalp. It absorbs well. Upon first or second use it ceased hairfall. Hair has less tangles plus bouncy.

Worked Instantly!
I've had a little patch, about the size of a dime, of itchy skin right at the back of my hairline for about 2 months.At first I thought it was a bug bite, stress, or a sensitivity to hair products but it wasn't going away.Hubby couldn't see anything so I knew it wasn't anything to be concerned about but it was really annoying.I decided to order this product and I'm so glad I did!The first time that spot started itching, I applied this product and the itching stopped immediately!And the relief lasted for about 24 hours!I just put a drop or two on my finger, massaged it into the itchy spot and poof! No more itch!I love this serum!I've only had this for a couple days and I'm going to begin using it over my entire scalp so my hair and scalp will be a healthy as possible.It feels absolutely wonderful!I hope this helps! :)

Effective scalp treatment
I'm very fond of skincare products and always interested in trying skincare innovations, products and brands. I hadn't tried Trofree before but find it high quality and felt bracing on the scalp. This product comes from South Korea which has developed a strong reputation for quality and innovative skincare.The scalp serum doesn't have to be rinsed off, so I apply it after taking a shower. I massage it into my scalp and it has a slight tingly feeling. It reduces any itchiness or flakes and leaves my scalp feeling healthier. It is similar to the scalp treatment/massages that I sometimes used to get before the covid pandemic. I plan to get a bottle for my father.I have sensitive skin and experienced no irritation, redness or sensitivity.

Immediate relief
My scalp is sensitive and I was hoping this would help and it has in just the first 24 hours. Tea tree oil has been successful in the past so I figured this would be good. I'm not sure if it's all the smoke we are dealing with here or the stress of everything but my scalp has been dry and itchy. I applied this according to the directions, it is quite runny so be aware of that, and massaged it into my scalp and the relief has been instantaneous.I'm writing this review a bit over 24 hours after the first application and I'm quite pleased with the results.
