Took her a week to get used to as she has always had an open tray. Now she loves it.

Nice litter tray but one of the back hinges snapped off while trying to assemble .. still works though.

Easy to use scoop that stays in place in the lid. Easy to open but a little difficult to unclip when emptying. My kittens haven't mastered the door so have taken off for the time being. They seem happy. Great food bowls as well

Setting up the back is literally a pain. But after that is designed so well, you don't need to take the upper part all the way off, just you lift it up. Putting scoop inside of the box is a good idea. Also the colour and design is really lovely, looks cute. I am happy with this purchase so far.

This tray was fine however had to return it as the door didn’t open and shut properly with litter tray liners

The first rear hinge snapped off whilst assembling it , the second 2 days later.Very weak , brittle , small hinges for a large lid.The filter housing also poorly made and was pulled off by the kittens and the filter removed and torn up by them. No proper carry handle although I couldn’t use it anyway as the top and bottom are only joined securely at one end.Not robust and poorly constructed. Very disappointed.

Doris loves her new bathroom, but Charlie still prefers to dump over my clean washing.Lovely strawberry blond kitty free to good home.

Would not recommend this product or the company. Not sturdy and broken , first hinge after 2 weeks second hinge 3 months . Can not have a refund as it was just over 3 months
