Casablanca 99128 Cap and Finial Pack, Cottage White 2.75 Inch

This little package saved me from spending approximately $40 by preventing me from having to buy a whole light fixture. My ceiling fan was disassembled for cleaning and painting and My parts were lost. I had no way to retain the light fixture on my ceiling fan. This item worked perfectly. The only thing that would make this product better is if it came with two knobs for the ceiling fan string & light string. Other than that, great quality for the price.

In the photos they look bright white. When they arrived they have a slight gray cast to them. They are also distressed so there are areas that show the raw metal.At first, I thought they were damaged but as I looked further I realized they were meant to be that way.In the end, I decided to use them because you’d have to get in a ladder and inspect them up close to notice the distressing. I know nobody will be looking that closely, so they will work for me as is. I’m just disappointed they picture wasn’t reflective of the product.

Works great to replace a lost one after I bought a new glass for the ceiling fan. A lot more beefy looking than the original one that came with the the fan.

This item is NOT for Casablanca fans. This is a 2 inch cap for Hampton Bay and other low quality ceiling fans. This part is equivalent to what one might find in a one size fits most, lighting package, sold at most home improvement stores.

Ordered the white, came in more of a white-gray and not even fully painted. I ended up spray painting it myself. Unprofessional standards by the company.Once on, did the trick for the fan.
