These are the only mouth guards that work for me. One mouth guard lasts about 1 month. Just depends sometimes 2 weeks. I' microwave, a cup of hot water. Use the little blue stick that comes with it. I dip it in very very hot water A microwave my cup for 3 minutes a coffee cup. But then i dip mold into h2o until it's almost see through the silicone or whatever material they used to make it. and then I put it directly in my mouth in front of a mirror. you line the little dip at the top. That would be where front teeth are when u put the hot mold in your mouth to shape. That little dip up lines up with the middle of your Little dip in your top lip and then you gently bite down. And you can use your fingers to push it and molded up around your teeth. I usually cut off the back ends. Where about my last 2 teeth on each side would be. that way It's not so hard on my jaw at night Time and I can get more air to breathe also. I feel it works better that way. A dentist actually told me that because. I was waking up with a sore jaw in the morning from biting down so hard in my sleep On this piece of plastic. Well so hard, it was making my back jaw, sore. it was a genius idea that worked perfectly. I wash the mold off in the morning with a toothbrush & a little rubbing alcohol to kill any bacteria. Some people just wash them off with toothpaste to kill any bacteria, whatever your preference is. Just make sure to rinse it really well!! Cool water. one time I did not rinse it really well and I had A little bit of rubbing alcohol sitting on my tongue at night and was stinging my tongue a little. I still do it the first way I just rinse it really well an it's fine. I highly recommend these. It's an excellent price. I go through 2 boxes in about a year. Which is in a good deal compared To not having to have any more teeth pulled or any more damage Done to my teeth from clenching at night. Clenching at night without using his mouth guard well My teeth were getting all chipped & broken & they were moving. I had to have 2 back teeth on each side of my mouth removed. Because I had impacted them & cracked them when you're asleep. If you have nightmares or bad dreams and if you've had any trauma, your body will automatically go into protective mode because you're sleeping and you won't even know it. And you'll be clenching your biting down way to hard. if your gums are white and Bumpy like cauliflower gums That's what the dentist called It then chances are you're clenching your teeth at night and not even knowing it. But I was having headaches and facial pain from doing that. I use these mouth guards and it has solved 95% of the issue of the problems maybe more I was having. I highly recommend these. It's been a life changer for me big time & saved the rest of my teeth. This Is it definitely A 5 star product, I have tried other brands. They don't work. Also they have a money back guarantee. The dentist tried to sell me a 5 to $700 mouth guard specially made I almost got it & then my friend told me she got one from the dentist. And it's exactly the same as these pretty much. But she ruined it and bit through it in about a month's time. I asked the dentist how long they usually lasted And she honestly answered said some people a month. And all that money would be wasted. So I would rather use these!! Which are not a big plasticity hard thing in your teeth your mouth When you're trying to sleep. You get used to It after a while and you don't even feel it in your mouth at night Time. especially if you cut off the sides where your two back teeth would be on each side. But this is my story & I'm sticking to it. This is my honest review. As descriptive as possible .It works and I've been using this product. This brand for several years now & I would not change it for anything. I hope this review helped someone. I’ve struggled with severe teeth grinding for over 30 years and even have to wear a guard during the daytime. After trying different options over the years, the HONEYBULL Anti Grinding Guard Set for Heavy Grinding has been a game changer for me. The heavy-duty guard is surprisingly comfortable to wear. The rounded end edges fit perfectly in my mouth and don’t cause irritation like some other guards I’ve tried. These work fairly well to keep my teeth from damage while sleeping. The biggest downside is that they split lengthwise, sometimes after only one or two nights. Having said that, they are still a good value for the money. The night guard that I broke from the dentist cost $350. These are a much better alternative. I wish they would stop putting a case in every package. You only need one really to start. It's a waste. They should make a package of just mouth guards.

HONEYBULL CUSTOMER SERVICE is really BAD and then they just ghost you. I was emailing with one of the representatives, ZAIRA and she asked me for my amazon order number and then she would process a refund for me. I gave her the order number and then never heard from her again. I emailed her and the customer service several more times to see about my refund and no response from anyone. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HONEYBULL AND THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE: after I posted this review, they finally gave me the promised refund - 3 weeks and many emails later. But I am grateful they finally responded.

These molded really well and I didn’t have pain from grinding or clenching my teeth so overall these worked, but if you have a smaller mouth like me I recommend buying the thin version. The thicker ones were too bulky and prevented me from closing my mouth when I slept and I stopped using them for that reason, but I’m getting the thin version so hopefully those work better. You also have to trim them down to fit your mouth which I was t a big fan of.

These Honeybull Anti Grinding night guards work great. I am a grinder and allergic to the night guards that are custom made from the dentist. I’m a heavy grinder, so I go through these. They mold well to your mouth and I don’t gag on them like other brands I have tried. They are a great value too.

While I initially gave this a good review, one week changed my mind. I will leave the initial comments, because that's good info, BUT one week of use, and the mouth guard is cracking. That has to be a record. Anything that brittle will not hold up even as long as the walmart sports mouth guards I usually use. Buy this for short term use, and plan on replacing them with something better as soon as you find something you like. I won't buy these again. Initial Review: I grind my teeth mercilessly. It has to do with chronic body pain....the worse that is, the worse I grind; the better my pain level, the less I grind. I cut through these things with my teeth, regularly. I buy a lot. Imagine my surprise when I find that these are actually designed to better cushion your teeth so that you do not cut through them, at least no where near as quickly. The one drawback is that they have an open space, front to back, in the bottom front of the guard. It doesn't hurt them in anyway, likely it makes them more cushiony and hence you don't cut them to bits with your teeth as quickly, BUT it makes them harder to clean, unless you want to soak them in denture cleaner everyday. The other issue is that even though they come wrapped in celophane, they appear very dusty/dirty. While I wash them before I use them anyhow, it seems odd that they should look grubby, you know? Not a bad buy for the money.
