Easy to put together. Seems very sturdy. I added a flat piece of plywood to the bottom so wood doesn't fall through. Holds a decent amount of wood. Good purchase.

This is a great firewood rack. I've rarely had anything so easy to put together. I've loaded it with a quarter cord of wood and it doesn't budge or sway -- it's strong. And it looks good enough to keep on our little front porch which is visible from the street.

This is exactly what we were needing to get the wood off the patio and in a nice pile off the ground. Very sturdy and holds quite a bit of wood. Easy to assemble too. Very pleased .

Easy to assemble (took about ten minutes), looks good, and does a decent job of holding wood. This rack will hold standard log splits that you'd buy at the home store. But for larger wood, the ends will hang over. Doesn't come with a cover (I bought one separately) ,but still a great value for the money.

I have (5) of the 8 foot log racks , and I have just added a 2nd 4 foot log rack to my household. The 8 foot log racks are out in the elements all year long, and have been outside from 4 - 8 years. Some of the older ones are slowly losing their glossy look, but they still hold the wood without any problems. The first 4 foot log rack has been on my covered front porch for at least three years, and will now have a second unit to assist it, with all the firewood we use during the winter.As far as the assembly is concerned, it only took a few minutes, with a minimum of tools. I found inserting all the bolts in, and putting all the nuts just barely on, prior to hand tightening any of them, allowed for a more rapid easier installation. I then used a medium/ large phillips head screwdriver (a medium or large screwdriver would have worked just as well) along with a 14mm wrench (or socket). A 9/16 wrench or socket would have worked, just a little extra play. One could also have used an adjustable wrench or a pair of pliers, but a dedicated size wrench or socket makes the job easier. But, all of these tools, most households have and can be used for assembly (I think over the course of time I have used the various combinations).The units are light weight, one person can move them, but the 8 foot ones, it is easier with a second person, only due to awkwardness of moving, but one person could still easily move them.I have put the 8 foot ones out in the yard, on top of scraps of wood, to keep the feet from sinking into the ground. The ones on the front porch, I put on scraps of composite decking, so if the bottom plastic caps did break, they would not scratch my porch. But I have not any problems with them.Bottom line, would I buy them again? YES, and I have.

Works great. Put together by 1 person in about 5 minutes. Just eight bolts, washers, and nuts. If you put it together well and tighten everything up, it is very sturdy. Worked well for what we needed it for. We are just using it for a backyard fire pit. I do want to get a cover for it, but the cover was not available, and it doesnt look like it is a very good one anyways. There are better, and more expensive, cover options out there. I will probably look at one at some point. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

This product was packaged very well. We had really bad rain the day before and the day of delivery and this box was soaked on arrival. But the box protected the contents and everything arrived in perfect condition.It only took about 10 minutes to put the rack together. The instructions were very easy to follow. You only need a phillips screwdriver and a wrench to hold the nut. All the holes lined up perfectly. I recommend having someone to help hold the pieces for you while you assemble.I live in the south so we don't depend on the fireplace as a source of heat. We use the fireplace and outside firepit occassionally. That being said, this size is perfect for our needs. If I lived where I used fireplaces/fire pits often, I would get the larger version.

I was missing a cross bar and three knobs on bottom wouldn’t stay in. I wish there were someone I could reach to get another cross bar sent to me without having to send back and reorder. I had to wait king enough for this one to arrive.
