Taste yummy ! Caused me to be very bloated and very gasey. Their products are soy based and that seems to be a problem for me . I used herbal life many years ago and it did not bother my tummy . I lost weight and loved it . Not sure if something has changed or it's just I have change as I have got older and cannot digest the products . There shakes are yummy as well . Amazon is fast and a good experience has always.
